Chapter 17

Real life

As they got in the limo the driver let Rachel connect her phone to the Bluetooth so their car ride was filled with singing. Julie and Rachel mainly and the guys were just watching them, Tom recording the video and chuckling. "You should have Rachel in one of your albums" he suggested and Julie gasped nodding "yesss we'll name it tbosas" she joked and looked at Rachel "but seriously we should collab"

Rachel shook her head "Nooo I don't think that would be a good idea. The song would probably flop"

Julie gasped "hey! Nooo it won't. I hope" she laughs softly and they all shrugged it off and continued singing. After 30 minutes of being in the car Julie took her nap, resting her head on toms shoulder who was also falling asleep.

Rachel saw this, internally screaming for Julie because she would've died if she saw this. She pulled out her phone and took a picture of them, smirking "I'm going to show this to her later"

Josh chuckled softly and nodded "She's going to kill you" he teased

Finally they arrived, Rachel and Josh woke up Tom and Julie by singing. Julie groaned and gave them the middle finger, not liking how they woke her up from her nap. 

Tom chuckled, knowing she wasn't a morning, before stepping out they both fixed their hair. There was paparazzi outside snapping pictures already despite them not being out yet. Once they stepped out the guys let the girls go out before so they can be behind them, make sure no one got handsy. 

The paparazzi snapped pictures of them, yelling out many things it was pretty overwhelming and scary sometimes. As the girls made their way inside they saw the host for the berlin press conference. 

As they went directly backstage they got told what the program would be and how there would be fan questions and also questions from the host. Julie got pretty nervous during the fan questioning because they could ask out of pocket questions but she just nodded and hoped for the best. 

Tom looked over at Julie, seeing how she seemed nervous and gave her a little shoulder squeeze "it's going to be okay, if you get too anxious just know we'll be there" he gave her a reassuring smile causing Julie to nod 

"You'd think because I sing in front of a lot of people I'd be over the nerves" She laughed a bit, hearing their director getting introduced to the crowd and then Rachel and Josh, meaning they were next to go on stage. 

Tom shook his head "I think everyone gets nervous every time. I'm a sweating mess right now" He chuckled quietly as he got announced. He gave her one last look before walking down onto the stage. Julie's name was called up next, the crowd clapping and cheering which honestly made her feel better already. She walked over to her chair and waved to a few people sitting in the front. 

The host looked at them and smiled "Hello, I just have to start by saying you all look amazing, and what a wonderful movie you guys have made. I would like to introduce everyone, here we have Tom Blyth who is playing Coriolanus Snow, Rachel Zegler who is playing the lovely Lucy Gray, Hunter Schafer who plays Tigris Snow, Juliette Carrington who plays Adeline Sinclair and Josh Andres Rivera who plays Sejanus Plinth."

"Thank you for having us" Said Rachel with a smile

The interviewer smiled "For today I'd like to start with Tom, how was it that you could have so much chemistry with Rachel and Juliette around the same time because we can tell Adeline and Coryo care for each other but then Lucy Gray comes into the picture and it's like he's falling for both but mainly one"

Rachel and Julie shared a look and tried not to laugh as they both turn to look at Tom who was pretty caught off guard by the question. 

Tom chuckled softly and thought to himself "Well... I would say it helps a lot when we all do get along pretty well. Me and Rachel clicked from the start and so did me and Julie plus it's very easy to fall in love with them they're very charming"

Julie smiled softly as Blyth spoke and listened to the host ask questions around the table and then finally getting to her. 

"Okay so I just wanted to say from what we've seen during the end of the movie Coriolanus comes back a changed man and Tigris notices. How do you think this affects the relationship with Adeline and Coriolanus?" 

Julie listened to the question, soaking it in and humming a bit "Hmm.. that's a good question. I've never really thought about it but I think- I think her story with this new Coriolanus would be sort of like Priscilla's story with Elvis in the sense that everyone would think of how cool it is to be married to the president but they never know what goes on behind closed doors. He's grown colder and she knew it wasn't a good change but she didn't want to admit it to herself which is pretty sad now that I think about it sorry" She laughed a bit 

The host shook his head "No no I think that's valid" 

Rachel nodded "They should make a movie honestly of Adeline's life as the first lady. I'd watch it" 

The host looked over at Tom "Would you be open to doing that movie?" 

Tom nodded "For sure I'd get to act next to Juliette Carrington again who'd want to give that opportunity up" He smiled as she smiled in awe and blew him a kiss playfully. 

Julie laughs softly "I feel like it'd be hella toxic tho" 

"I agree but I think they'd have their good moments" He said trying to make it sound better

Rachel laughed softly "Oh god I doubt that. I do find it sad that their relationship was sort of ruined" 

Soon the interviewer got on with asking the others questions. Julie's attention span was pretty bad mostly when they weren't asking her anything. First, she went on to bother Rachel and then Tom who was always a good sport. She poked his leg underneath the table which caught him off guard causing her to move away from the microphone and laugh softly. 

Tom looked over at her and shook his head while smiling "You're like a child" he teased quietly

She acted offended and didn't realize everyone was looking at them. She looked around the table confused and realized the interviewer asked them something "Sorry I was bothering Tom" she laughed a bit

The interviewer chuckled and reassured her that it was fine. It was sweet seeing the cast getting along even out of set, some closer to each other then others.
