#panic attack

aqua comforting reader from a panic attack ! ╥﹏╥

-you and aqua had recently got in a fight

-and so, to take your mind off of things, you went to the amusement park with your friends

-unfortunately, he happens to be there

-he was still upset with you (for whatever reason, you make it up)

-you started to argue again in the middle of the amusement park

-not many people noticed but a few people passing by did

-you walk away from aqua, tears rolling down your cheeks

-"wait, y/n--"

-he tries to stand up and follow after you, but he's too late

-you walk away and he can't get to you in time, you disappear in the crowd of people

-he stares for a few moments, his hands clenched in fists, his breath coming slowly and heavily. a few tears roll down his face as he watches you walk away

-you try to find your friends but they were no where to be seen

-you try to wipe away your tears, but they just keep coming.

-you start panicking, you don't want to be in this crowd of people alone but where are your friends? you desperately look around the crowd, frantically searching for their faces

-your vision becomes blurry as more tears roll down your cheeks, you're starting to hyperventilate and feel weak

-your feet begin to wobble as you scan the crowd of people desperately looking for your friends

-your breaths come in loud, rapid, gasps, your heart rate quickening with every passing second as you feel a wave of panic and stress rush over you

-the crowd is overwhelming, the noise from their laughter and their screams is deafening, you feel so lost and isolated in this sea of people. you're about to collapse

-your breath becomes short and shallow as you feel your legs begin to shake, you feel like you're seconds away from collapsing

-you feel so overwhelmed and scared, your friends are no where to be seen and the people in the crowd seem to get louder and bigger. you feel like you're suffocating, every breath a struggle for survival

-your legs gave out as you slowly started to fall to the ground

someone grabs you before you fall, their arms wrapping around you tightly. you feel their warm body against yours as you sink back into their arms, being held securely and warmly

-the person speaks quietly into your ear.

-"it's ok, just let me hold you... just breathe, everything will be alright." you open your eyes as you feel yourself being held

-you look up to see who it was, it was aqua

-"you're okay... just breathe... just focus on your breath... nothing else matters right now," he speaks softly in your ear, his voice is calming and gentle, and you notice that he's also shaking slightly

-"just breathe, don't worry about anyone else... just focus on your breaths... slow deep breaths."

-aqua holds you tight against his chest, wrapping his arms around you and rocking you back and foreward, his hands stroking your hair gently

-you sniffle quietly as your grip around him tightens, his arms pull you even closer and he holds you more securely

-he rubs your back in a comforting motion, gently holding you against his body as you cry into his chest

-"it's alright, i'm here, just hold onto me... i'm right here with you, you're not alone," his voice is soft and gentle, his body holds you tightly, warming you up with his warmth

-for a few minutes, the two of you simply sit like this, the silence broken only by your soft and now occasional sniffles

-aqua holds you tight against him, his arms wrapped completely around your body and his body pressed up against you

-he seems to be acting as a shield against the world, as if he's trying to protect you from the harsh reality outside

-he still rocks you slightly back and forth, his hands massaging your back softly as he continues to hold you tight against his body, his chest pressed up against yours

-you feel his heartbeat against you, the warmth of his body seeping into yours. you're finally starting to calm down

-you pull away after a while

-"are you alright?" he'd ask

-you simply nodded your head, sniffling quietly

-"are you sure?"

-you tried to smile, "yeah. thank you, aqua."

-he smiles and hugged you once again

-"i'm sorry, i'll never leave you alone again."
