CHAPTER TEN

A whole week passed after the whole accident between hyunjin and Seungmin. The taller knew his mistake and tried to apologize.

Every time he saw the younger, he would go up to him but Seungmin would avoid him or ignore his existence.

Hyunjin didn't blame him nor held it against him. He wouldn't even forgive himself either. It was understandable but hyunjin felt frustrated.

The four were in lunch break and seungmin had left earlier since he had only four classes.

"I feel bad about it and he won't even spare me a minute. I swear I want to apologize but Seungmin doesn't even look at me."

Changbin shrugged. "I don't understand why Felix doesn't go with you. Lix, is best at making up with people and also he bad talked seungmin too."

Felix stopped eating and glared at changbin. "I did and I admit it but I never bullied him physically."

"Lix hyung is right but yet you need to apologize but I don't think seungmin would like it if we all knew he's deaf. He probably kept it a secret for a reason and that's why the teacher never introduced him."

Hyunjin and the blonde looked at their youngest. "Perhaps you're right innie but he doesn't even look at me. Felix hasn't even tried."

Felix crossed his arms. "fine but I will not be surprised if he ignores me too." Jeongin shakes his head.

"I'll do it tomorrow when he's here." Hyunjin sighed and took a bite of his sandwich.

Seungmin let out a small sigh as he finished up one of the files on his desk. He was looking at the computer then going to the file.

"personally sir I was wondering but what if the public doesn't like seungmin? He's deaf and would be ruining your reputation."

Mr. Kim sighed as he looked back at his son. He shrugged. "well as long as we don't make it noticeable that he's deaf then everything will be fine. If not then I can have one of his friends take it."

"Are we going to hire an interpreter for seungmin?" His father glared at his assistant. "Of course not it will only make it more noticeable. No one is allowed to communicate with him if they do you guys will be fired. We're not promoting his deafness.."

His assistant nodded and avoids eye contact with the elder. Eyes laid on the younger who was focused on the important files that laid on the table.

"send me the files once seungmin is done."

"yessir" the assistant bowed and watched their boss leave the room only leaving the two alone. The older came towards the younger's desk and knocks on the table.

Seungmin had by now finished three files but stopped his actions once he noticed a hand on his desk. He looked up and raised an eyebrow.
