CHAPTER FOURTEEN

Chan soon got out of class, rushing through the crowd of kids. He rushed out of school and walked to his house.

The blonde was always seen alone all the times. No one had seen the older interact with other students unless he was told too. Girls were a bond of him, giving him gifts and some had a crush on the blonde.

Some really different understand, he's quiet, doesn't talk unless spoken by teachers. He had a private life but was well known for being the best student. Teachers were a bond of him, praising him for his good notes.

Until seungmin came into the school. Chan was finally seen interacting with another. Girls came asking for him, smiling ear to ear and didn't seem bothered if others talked to him.

Chan soon entered his home, the smell of coffee in the home brought joy to the older. He closed the door behind him, put his things down and took of his shoes.

He walked into the kitchen and pours himself a glass of lemonade. He smiled, knowing that his mother had recently made it.

Steps were in the distance making Chan turn around. He smiled widely once he saw his mother and waved.

"hi honey, did you just come in?" Chan nodded and taking another sip of lemonade. "you look extra happy today? Who's the reason?"

Making chan choke, he's his widen and massaged his chest. His mother was looking at him with a teasing expression.

"No one, eomma. I just feel happy." His mother of course didn't believe it and the blonde felt like it too.

"So what's his name?" Chan began to shake his head in denial. "It's seriously no one, I just aced my exam that's why."

The sweet woman put her hands on her hips. "You just like your father. A terrible liar." She came closer to her son and ruffled his hair.

"Eomma, can I ask you something?" She nodded her head and waited patiently until her son decided to ask.

"I was wondering if my friend can come here?" His mother grew surprised at the question, feeling joy because her son had finally had a friend.

"of course you can. I'm even more happy that you finally found yourself a friend, darling."

Chan smiled relief, feeling weight come of his heart. He soon tapped her again forgetting to mention a small detail.

"what is it?"

Chan smiled knowing that maybe knowing this would make her even more. "My friend is also deaf, there won't be difficulty for you or dad to communicate with you guys."

His mother's eyes lit up in excitement. "Is that so?" Chan nodded once more. "When is this friend coming?"

Chan hadn't even asked the younger and yet he still made plans making his mother excited.

"today?" His mother's eyes widened then looked at the lock.
