CHAPTER TWENTY FIVE

Seungmin felt as he was walking forever and with the heavy weight that he had on. It was quite understandable, heavy suit case, heavy bag and backpack.

How long have I been walking for?

The cherry red haired stopped, catching his breath and looked at his watch. His eyes widened at the time, it was four already.

Now the problem is where will I be staying.

He thought about a hotel but remembered that the saving shouldn't be all used for a nice hotel especially knowing that it was going to be expensive.

Seungmin began to tap his foot impatiently as he tried his best to  think of better options.

1. Hotel (no)
2. friends home dang
3. Streets ✔️check

The young male sighed and went to the nearest bench. He sat down, wrapped his legs onto the suit case and hugged the bag who was holding.

Seungmin just stayed there on the bench and watched people go by. The younger hadn't even gone to the real world alone and now that he has. He felt weight off his shoulders.

It was just a normal afternoon for the Hwang family. Inside the restaurant and helping here and there.

"Honey, can you bring me the dishes!" Hyunjin hummed and hurried collecting the dishes around tables.

The elder woman smiled as he watched her son collect the dirty dishes. How grateful she was for him and how much help he is.

"Ma, I need something from the store. Will you be able to get it for me while we clean?"

His mother raised an eye brow. "What do you need now?" Hyunjin smiled sheepishly. "It's for school, I need a poster board."

"okay then! I'll be back then." She took off her apron and put on his shoulder bag. She washes her hands and dries them.

"Oh lord, what am I going to do with that boy.." she chuckled. She walks out of the restaurant but soon stops once she took a glimpse of a young male.

No one seemed notice him, the reason why it brought her attention was for a small reason.

The young male happened to be laying down and hugging a back. He had his eyes closed, her eye landed on the suit case that had his legs wrapped around.

"poor child." She mumbled and was about to leave until she recognized the male. She went closer as she went the more she knew who it was.

Ms. Hwang's eyes widen once she noticed it was seungmin. Hyunjin's friend, she gently patted him.

The young male rapidly moved and sat up. His eyes met hers.

"Seungmin? What are you doing here?" No answer was received. She remembered then and pulled out her phone.

Hi dear, what are you doing here all alone?

Seungmin smiled and slightly bowed.

Hello Ms. Hwang. I umm sleeping here?

The elder woman frown and tilted her head to the left.

How come? Do you not have somewhere to go? It's quite cold here and you might get sick, honey.

The red head scratches his head.

It's quite complicated. I was about to go to a hotel near by.

This made Hyunjin's mother concern and worry for the poor male. She shook her head in disagreement.

no need to go to a hotel honey. These days it's very dangerous, what if you get kidnapped? I won't let you all alone here especially in a hotel. How about you come with me? Hyunjin will be more than welcome to have you.

Before the young red head rejected the offer. The sweet woman had already taken his bag that he was carrying.

It's okay, don't be afraid. Let's go inside.

Seungmin nodded and followed behind her. Both entering the restaurant and motioned him to sit down.

"ma? What are you doing here? I thought you went to the store.." hyunjin said confused.

"I was but I bumped into someone you might wanted to see." Hyunjin frown and looked out from the window.

There he saw a red head that he immediately recognized. His eyes lit up and smiled.

"Seungmin? Wait, what is he doing here? It's quite late already and more now that time changed."

His mother sighed and shrugged. "I asked him about it honey because I was worried but he said it was a bit complicated and doesn't have a place to go so I invited him to our home."

Hyunjin felt upset just hearing those words. He sighed, making his way towards the younger.

He gently tapped Seungmin's shoulder. The young male whipped his head around and met eyes with the taller.

what were you doing out alone in the cold?

Seungmin sighed and looks away from the older. Hyunjin sat across the red head and was worried.

Can I really tell him? What if he makes it worse? It's not like I have a choice...im all alone now.. on my own.

Seungmin?

Seungmin sighed feeling a pressured. Was it right if he told someone?

I ran away from home.

Hyunjin's eyes widened.

"why? did that old man do something?" Seungmin slightly smiled at the taller's funny expression.

"Things got complicated and for the worst. I could no longer stay and deal with that.."

Hyunjin immediately knew.

"He did what!?"
