"Just as I thought she was working again after all the work she did today" Amanda sigh exasperatedly.
"What's it again?" Sofia voice came behind her before she walked up the stairs meeting her with a questioning gaze.
"It's Aliya, she's working again"
"Oh. Let go drag her to the theatre room so we can watch a movie"
"Yeah sure let go" they walk up the stairs and went to the side that leads to Aliya's office.
Aliya was working on her laptop on a new project of textiles given to them by a new rising clothing brands which Yazeed forwarded to her just hours ago as she requested when the abrupt sound of the door jolts her out of her focus and she watch as her two bestfriends came into the office with a knowing look on their faces staring at her from the far side of the spacious office where her desk is located on.
She sigh and lean back on her seat waiting for them to say something when they just approach her and Amanda closed her laptop while Sofia dragged her out of her seat.
She couldn't even get time to protest as all happened within few seconds and she found herself at the door been dragged out.
"What the hell girls am working can't you see"
"That's the real reason why we're here" Amanda said boredly.
"To save you the damsel from the evil work that buried you within it big fat greed tummy " Sofia said the last part as if telling a scary story to a kid with exasperated signatures.
"I don't need your saving"
"We aren't asking for your opinion " stated Amanda again with an eye roll to her bored tone.
"Whatever. So now where are you taking me to?" She asked as they took the right side when they reached the leaving room.
"Well, theatre room, it isn't like we will gym around this hour or go into your childhood play room and we aren't in the mood to play video games so theatre room it's dummy".
"To do what in the theatre room?" Aliya asked dumbly.
"To cook food" Amanda deadpanned at Aliya's dumb question which even a kid knows what will be done in there.
"Whatever" Aliya rolled her eyes as she let herself to be dragged by the excited Sofia who's acting like a kid that'll be taken to the zoo or playground.
"Taada! We're here" Sofia cheered as they slide open the glass door hiding the theatre room and entered in coming into view with the comfy white sofas and the large plastered black screen that took up the whole wall facing the sofas.
Sofia jumped in glee as she walk to Switch on the screen and start to search a movie to watch on Netflix already without giving a shit about the rest of the two who only shook their heads and took seat at the large white Sofa and took the bowl of the already made popcorn that Aliya was sure they weren't the ones that made it but ordered the maids to do cause she knows how lazy these slugs are.
"So what do we watch?" Sofia's voice came after searching all the recommended movies.
"We can watch ' Truth or dare' and 'Evil dead rise' " she added picking her first option without waiting for an answer from them.
"Nah! Am just watching one movie I need to wake up early and leave on time to get informations about the lead we got, so if you guys can still wake up early after watching the two movies, fine with me" Aliya said as Sofia joined them cuddling with the blanket wrapped around them and popcorn on Aliya who's in the middle of the girls.
"Sure baby girl" they watched the thrilling movie in silence with Sofia occasionally freaking out and Aliya staring at the screen with wide eyes holding breath and sucking in breath at the appearance of the demon or possessed person.
After an hour and minutes of watching they watch silently as the screen shows the cast rolling signalling the end of the movie.
"Aliya Truth or dare?"
"Don't you dare Sofia"
"Piss off!"
"Whatever am leaving goodnight"
"Goodnight " the two girls whispered as they played the next movie.
"I think there'll be a continuation of Truth or dare..." Aliya closed the glass door muffling Sofia's voice and left to her room after taking her laptop from her office and shutting the door to her room after locking her office, she won't be suprise if there's someone in the house working for the killer or if an intruder come in to the office again.
She walked up to her bed after getting ready for bed with her laptop and opened it after getting comfortable under the duvet to finish working on the project she was on earliar.
After an hour of working she closed the laptop and drift to the land of her nightmares that continues hunting her like a forever curse, she just hopes she catch some good sleep before dawn.
"You think Aliya is already asleep now or still awake?" Sofia asked glancing at Amanda beside her whose brows are creased staring at the screen.
"Hopefully she's asleep, she's always on action".

Aliya rushed down the stairs with her laptop on hand and some documents she worked on last night and hastily walked out of the house to her car collecting the keys from Rayyan.
"Where are they?"
"They're not here ma'am" he answered his boss who seems to be in a hurry as it was already past 9:00am.
"Am late Shouldn't they know that and be ready by now that's why I told them not to stay up watching movies" she sigh and went back into the living room to check on them as she came across them but still in their PJ's and walking down the stairs like walking corpses.
"What the hell girls?, it's past 9..."
"You going straight to work?" Amanda lazy voice cut her off from ranting on them.
"Yeah I've an important meeting to attend now and can't shift it"
"Oh. I don't think we'll be going with you today" she said leaning at the stair case.
"Oh. I see, then I'll see you when am back"
"Yeah or maybe later we'll see you in the office before you leave for the car's management"
"Okay I'll still leave for it if you girls don't come" she declared and hastily walk out to her car leaving for the office.
