"So you said yazeed was the last person that left the house isn't it?" Aliya asked again
"Yes miss" the guard answered her
"You can leave" she dismissed him and he left her standing there in thoughts
Yazeed was her father's personal Assistant but he met him before the guy finished his school
He met him when he went to the university to meet an old friend of his,he found yazeed in his friend's office been lectured for not cooperating with his studies like before, which he was a bright student before he strat to to stop cooperating with his studies to which yazeed told him of his parents lost and how he's finding it hard to continue his university, to that Mr sultan my golden hearted father took his responsibility and when he graduated he gave him a job as his personal assistant.
'I need to see yazeed ,after all he knows all about my father's business partners and why was he here last night and the last person to leave the house ,doesn't that make him a suspect? Well we'll see about it'
She took her phone out of her Jean's pocket, unlocking the phone she dialled yazeed's number and to her luck he picked after a ring as if he was expecting a call from her .
"Hello Aliya" a voice answered from the other side of the call
"Hi yazeed,where are you?, are you at home or office and can I see you now?"
"Aliya calm down ,take a breath ,
Why are you in a rush is everything okay there?"
"Nope am not okay ,till my father's killer is caught" she yelled in frustration
"Aliya whoever that person is we will find him i promise,I won't let boss death go without giving him the justice he deserve"
"Thank you " she said with a light smile on her face,at least she isn't the only one who wanna avenge her dad's death
"So where are you now?"
"Am in the police station for the investigation result and answered some questions" he said
"Okay.I will meet you there " she hung up the phone call without waiting for his response and ran into the sitting room to grab a car key and then headed out when she suddenly stumbled upon Sofia
"Are you okay Aliya? And where are you rushing to ?" Sofia asked her holding her arm preventing her from face falling when they almost knocked each other down
"To the station" she answered as if it's obvious
"Do you think they have made any progress just from yesterday to today?" She asked skeptically
"Of course they should" Aliya said her brows scrunch together
"We are coming with you" declared Amanda who was standing on the stairs
"Aliya smiled and ushered them to hurry ,they got into a black Mercedes Benz and drove off the road to the station which was a twenty minutes drive.
Arriving there,they packed and went into the station meeting the receptionist there and asked
" Hey am Aliya Sultan Malik,am here ..."
"Here Miss Sultan" a police officer cut her words off before she could even finish
"Please follow me " he motioned to the ,Aliya turned to look at her friends before they followed the officer who led them to an office.
He knocked on the door and a voice from the inside permit them in
"Miss Sultan, I hope you are doing well" the officer in charge of her father's investigation asked her standing up to shake her hand
"Am not fine,I can't be when my father's killer is out there breathing the same oxygen as me which he deprived my father" she said after she shook his hand and Sat on the chair facing him and by her side was yazeed
"Am sorry Miss Sultan but we will try our best" the officer whose name she found to be 'Conan Dave' from the name tag on his desk
He turned his attention to the two girls sitting on the couch in the office at the side listening to them ,he raised a brow looking at Aliya who respond with
"They are with me"
"Oh.I see" he said before taking his seat again
"Well,what have you found so far?" Aliya asked as they settled down
"Well we invited Mr yazeed as you knew he was your father's personal assistant he must know about all his partners ,maybe he can give us any knowledge on his enemies and those that threatened him" the detective answered her
"I heard you were the last person to leave the house?".
