chapter 18

      Edward pov

Bella was still out. My dad really had to over do the medication to keep Bella under.

She kept fighting it. There was a couple times I had to step into the room and just place my hand or just put my forehead against hers and lay my hand on her and let her just feel me and let my dad put her really under the last time I walked in.

So it's been two days and she hasn't woke up yet. But I can still feel her.

We pump her milk four times a day and dad keeps a IV in her and gives her medication through it and her extra hormones.

He went ahead and implemented the birth control thing for Bella.

He had to repair more damage that Hope caused. Hope ended up tearing up Bella's uterus causing more damage which caused her to go into labor.

I don't blame Hope at all because of what was happening and Bella's mechanism kicking in when the guy got furious.

Hope on the other hand I still had my hands full let me tell you.

I could not leave her alone and no one else could hold her or feed her.

The front new born carrier came very in handy, let tell you. I had to keep her close to me or she scream bloody murder.

After what happened she just didn't feel safe at all.

I didn't mind. Mason was so much easier though. If he was in a fit all we had to do after we figured it out that is.

Is just lay him on top of Bella and he just calmed right down and fell asleep. He was a momma's boy. That was for sure.

He had to feel his momma and be close to her some how.

Some times at night I had to do the same with my baby girl to.

She just needed to feel her momma once in awhile.

I guess it was the mom and child bond and Hope needed that bond still.

I made sure though I through out the day several times in fact to check on Bella even though I could feel her.

I changed her bandages and made sure I pressed my forehead against hers and just gave her that contact.

It helped keep her calm I noticed too. The first day I kept feeling her tense up and being terrified.

But once I took over and did the bandage changes and everything and just gave her that little extra show of love she stayed calm.

Right now we were getting the vessel ready to leave and Alice to my surprise has been a big help with that.

We have been getting the supplies we needed to do all the work we needed when we set off.

Bella wasn't safe here at all right now and we decided to keep her heavily sedated for now to. Only to let her heal.

The twins stayed in here with me because it was so much easier because if they needed Bella I could get them to her faster and I always kept the baby monitor on me.

God, I was a protective daddy and husband at the moment.

But could you blame after what they went through to get here.

Early in fact! I shake my head thinking about it. Then Stanley popped in my head and how she tried and pin a pregnancy on me.

That work out so well for her. That was so awesome. I had to laugh. That was sweet revenge.

Then Hope started fussing. "Ohh, are you hungry Daddy's little girl. Let's warm you up momma's milk, then will change you and then I will feed you." I sat down my coffee and walk over to the walk in fridge and froze.
