Five Night's at Freddy's - The Buried Remains

Chapter 2

Jason sighed, tired yet worried. It was around 2:00 in the morning, and he was driving a Fazbear collection truck towards the remains of the original Mega Pizzaplex. Gregory was in the backseat, looking worried as Vanessa sat next to Jason, seeming equally as worried.

"Ok," Jason said, "Remember the plan: Gregory, you and Freddy will go looking for Cassie." Gregory nodded.
"Got it." Gregory said as his Faz-Watch activated.
"Of course," said a gravelly voice over Gregory's Faz-watch, "we will not fail either of you." Jason smiled.

"While you two are busy with that," Jason explained, "Vanessa and I will be rounding up the Animatronics."
"Right Vanessa?" Jason asked. Vanessa stayed silent.

"Vanessa?" Jason asked again, louder this time, which made Vanessa flinch before she nodded in agreement.

"Yeah," Vanessa said, nervously, "no problem~!" Jason smiled again.

"Don't forget to grab MXES while you two are down there..." Jason said.
"We won't," Gregory said as he activated his Faz-watch, "right Freddy?"
"Of course, we won't, superstar~!" Freddy exclaimed.

"Great." Jason said, smiling as he saw a sign.

Jason eventually turned onto the exit lane of the Highway, passing a few cars as he did so. Then, he turned onto the exit. Jason sighed as he drove through a quiet, suburban-urban hybrid neighborhood for a little while. Then, he pulled into the remains of the parking lot as he saw the Mega Pizza Plex's ruined remains.

"We're here..." Jason said as he pulled to a stop. Then he got out of the car, followed by Vanessa, who let Gregory out of the Truck. Jason walked to the back of the truck and opened it, allowing Glamrock Freddy to step out. Glamrock Freddy was based on the original Freddy Fazbear, with a punk-themed design reminiscent of the style associated with the 1980's. His design somewhat resembled that of a jaguar or a lion more than a bear. He was wearing a top hat adorned with a blue stripe and a black bow tie. His body was primarily colored a bright orange or lighter yellow. His torso had a distinctive seam across the front where his chest compartment opened up. He was equipped with a pair of fangs, as well as light-blue claw nails and red shins. He was wearing large, red shoulder pauldrons, spiked bracelets, a red earring in his left ear, and face paint in a similar style to the members of rock bands from the 80's, with light-blue and red colors. Glamrock Freddy leapt out of the back of the truck as Jason, Vanessa, Gregory, and himself surveyed their surroundings.
The parking lot was cracked, nature beginning to, somewhat, reclaim it. Before the group was a sprawling monster of a building, a rising acre of glass and concrete. There were lamps in the parking lot that had completely stopped working; no lights shone out onto the lot from the lamps. The building itself looked like an abandoned sanctuary, entombed in black trees amid the distant roar of civilization. The place was massive, and it would take a long time to navigate. The sky above them was a blanket of scattered silver clouds and stars. The surfaces of the building were all the same smooth, beige concrete, with windows above the doors that were covered on the inside with missing posters and newspaper clippings. Over the building was a large banner with a staff bot and a wet floor bot, with text overlayed on it that read, "PARDON OUR MESS! WE'LL BE BACK SOON!" The banner itself had faded with the elements.

"I hope my friends are alright..." Glamrock Freddy lamented.
"I hope Cassie's alright..." Gregory said somberly. Jason chuckled as he looked at Glamrock Freddy and Gregory.

"All of them are tough..." Jason stated, "and so is Cassie. I know they'll be fine." Freddy and Gregory both looked at Jason. Then, the two of them smiled.

"We certainly hope you're right..." Glamrock Freddy said.
Jason went to the back of the truck and grabbed flashlights for everyone, except for Freddy, and handed them out. In his hands was also a sledgehammer. Jason and the group walked towards the main entrance of the Pizzaplex, the Parking lot having been damaged by the earthquake a good bit. When the group reached the main doors, Jason used the sledgehammer to break open the doors to the main lobby area. The place was a mess, and a wreck. The Golden, Glamrock Freddy statue's head had fallen off, parts of the walls had been completely destroyed, and there were multiple, small sinkholes in the ground.
