  Master Ritsuka was seen marching down the Chaldea Halls with a solid purpose backing up his speed and movements. He was determined to get wherever he was going, holding his arm up to speak to Da Vinci via his transponder watch. Some servants briefly heard what he was discussing with the Caster as he walked past them.

"How in the world did—" Ritsuka quickly stopped midway through saying this name and looked back at the abundance of servants behind him who could all hear his words. He knew to be careful around them when stating anything regarding Y/n. "How did we lose communication with Berserker?"

"We have no clear indication on how it could've happened for sure, but Doctor Romani and I have narrowed it down to the doings of the 72 Demon Gods." She explained in a hushed tone to keep herself out of trouble. "We have strong evidence it's them, but not enough evidence to narrow down to any one of them in particular."

Ritsuka clenched his teeth in anger as he could still feel his connection to Y/n through the timelines. It was clear they were still alive, but their connection wasn't strong enough to tell whether or not they were seriously hurt or simply unable to communicate. "Damn it! I shouldn't have allowed him to go alone! I'm an idiot!"

"Master Ritsuka!" Da Vinci spoke firmly over the line. "Y/n was adamant about this particular task. There was no convincing him to stay here while a singularity was causing so much trouble for Chaldea." Her firm voice turned soft towards the end. "There was no way to avoid this."

"There was one way...I could've done my job and kept him here." Ritsuka angrily turned off his responder and continued to run as hard as he could to the Warp room.

He finally arrived and came to a quick halt when he saw the servant who would be going to help Y/n. "N-Nero!? You're going to save him?" He sounded surprised.

"Yup! Leave it to me, Nero Claudius, to save our beloved Berserker from the clutches of ugliness!" She was a little dramatic but had the spirit for it. "The singularity is a perfect replica of the Rome I ruled, so it's only right I be sent to save him." She smiled brightly. "And it'll antagonize Baobhan that I'm saving her precious Sparky." She smirked.

Ritsuka sighed and looked back towards Da Vinci and Romani. "Are you sure this'll work out?" He was clearly pressed against the wall here, not many things got him this nervous—but that was his friend out there.

"We can't be sure until we try. Nero has good knowledge of the area and its layout, she's the best candidate to save Y/n." Da Vinci typed a few buttons on the keyboard and pulled up a holographic map of the false Roman Empire. "We lost Y/n's tracker right around there."

A sudden blue dot appeared on the map with a picture of Y/n smiling above it. Ritsuka stared into the hologram's eyes with some sadness painted on his own.

Another dot appeared on the map, but significantly larger and red. "And this is believed to be what attacked Y/n: A Class Five Predatory Demon. Y/n is at a disadvantage against this Beast class servant, so it only makes sense he would've ran away or...or..."

"He didn't die!" Ritsuka snapped. "I know Berserker better than anyone here...he's too good at fighting to die like this. He wouldn't..."

"I don't want to be the negative person here, Master, but you must consider the possibility that Y/n is dead. For your own emotional well being...it's only best to have the worst possible outcome in mind." Da Vinci tried to warn the Master.
