12. Who is Y/n ?

"uhm..no"  Hoseok replied.

"Why?"  Jungkook questioned again.

"I don't know. Maybe he is busy"

"Namjoon hyung, you try to call him"  Jungkook said, looking at Namjoon. He nodded and dialled in his phone.

You were still writing your assignment in the library when again your phone buzzed. You thought it's Hoseok again but your mood lightened up by looking at the caller ID.

'Joon!' 

You happily exclaimed and picked his call.

"Hello?"

"Yeah Hansung, where are you?"  You heard his deep voice, making your heart flutter.

"I am in library. Why?"

"What are you doing in library?? Don't you want to have lunch? We all are here except you" 

"Uhm..actually I was completing my assignment.."

"You can do it later. If you need I can help you with it. Right now we are waiting for you. Come and have lunch with us"

"Okay"

Saying this, you ended the call. And unknowingly a smile plastered on your face. You kept your belongings in your bag and made your way to the canteen.

"He is coming"  Namjoon said, putting his phone back in his pocket.

"Wah he picked your call in a second while he was continuously ignoring his brother's call"  Jungkook said, slightly looking at Hoseok.

"Did you guys fight or something? Jimin and I ignore each other when we fight or argue. Once we fought over dumplings haha"  Taehyung said giggling at Jimin and Jimin chuckled but bent his head down in embarrassment.

"Fighting over food is acceptable though. I also fight with Jungkook when it comes to my food"  Jin said while enjoying his precious meal.

"Finally Hansung is here"  Namjoon said, making everyone turn their heads towards your direction.

As you came, you saw his adorable dimple smile which made you smile even more. You sat with them. You looked at all of them but your expression changed when your eyes landed on Hoseok.

"Are you angry with Hoseok?"  Jungkook asked, looking at you.

"You can say that"  You replied boringly.

"But why??"  He asked again with more curiosity.

"It's between us. You don't have to interfere in everything"  Finally Hoseok spoke as he couldn't take more.

"Oh, I was just asking. You guys were all good earlier when we met. Then what happened all of a sudden that Hansung got angry with you" 

Hoseok opened his mouth to speak again but stopped when he heard Jin's voice.

"Yah! Why are you being nosy? Leave them alone. They are cousin brothers and they can solve their problems on their own. You just finish your food"  Jin scolded.

Jungkook sighed and continued eating. A little did you and Hoseok know that Jungkook has doubt on you both.

Your pov

'I don't think he will stay quiet. I have to do something. I can't let anyone expose my secret!'

You zoned out, deeply thinking about all this mess that you have to handle now.

"I brought a few extra spring rolls. Here, have some"  Namjoon said, serving spring rolls for you.

You gently smiled at him and began eating.

"Hansung, you must know Y/n, right?"  Yoongi asked, making you choke on your food.

Hoseok looked at Yoongi and then you with widened eyes. Namjoon passed you a water bottle. Meanwhile, Jungkook was noticing you both non stop. Yeah, once he makes up his mind to explore something then he doesn't stop.

"Y/n?"  Jungkook questioned.

"Who's Y/n?"  Jin asked curiously, food stuffed in his mouth.

"Yeah, Y/n is Hoseok's sister"  Yoongi said.

You glared at Hoseok, making him gulp.

"You have a sister too?"  Jin asked Hoseok.

"Yeah...Y/n. She is my other cousin"  He said awkwardly. It was getting more and more difficult for him. He was feeling so much pressure on himself to hide your real identity. But also feeling ashamed that he couldn't even do such a thing for you.

"Then she is Hansung's sister too, right?"  Jungkook asked.

"y-yeah Y/n is our sister"  You cursed yourself for stuttering. But it was obvious as the situation was like that.

You noticed that Jungkook was thinking something deeply. And it felt like everything will be over soon. Sadness took over you as it seems like you are going to fail miserably after reaching till here. You wanted to leave from there as soon as possible. You got up without saying anything and left from there. Everyone looked at you in confusion.

"Are you leaving without eating!?"  Namjoon asked.

You heard him but ignored and continued walking without glancing behind.

"Did I ask something wrong!?"  Yoongi said, feeling guilty as he thought he made you upset.

"No no! It's not like that. Let me go and check on him"  Hoseok said before running after you.

You were entering your room when you heard Hoseok's voice.

"Y/n.."

You turned to him and his eyes softened, looking at your face. It felt like you were on the verge of crying.

"Ah Y/n..I'm so sorry"  He wrapped his arms around you and took you in a warm hug.

"I want to study here, Hobi...I don't want to get expelled from this hostel"  You said, resting your head on his chest.

"I know. And I know you are working so hard for this. But your favorite cousin is bad. ...I am so sorry. I promise, I will do better from now and won't let anything happen like this again. Don't worry. Just trust your fate"

You broke the hug and looked up at him.

"Fate? I only have bad luck! Didn't you see how Jungkook was doubting both of us? He will find out the truth and reveal it to everyone. Then I will get expelled from here and what about eomma appa!? They will be more than sad and disappointed"

"No, Y/n-ah! Why are you only thinking negative?? We got such nice friends here. I believe that Jungkook will not do that. And Yoongi is our friend too. You know that, right?" 

You took a deep sigh and tried to calm down. But you got frozen when you saw someone standing behind Hoseok, who was listening to all the conversation.
