"Alya!?" You mumbled and hurriedly went downstairs towards her. She gave a relieved look when she saw you coming.
"Hey! What are you doing here?" You said, panting a bit.
"I had to come here! You know, you're ridiculous! You never pick up my calls neither call me back!!" She looked so frustrated.
"Girl calm down-"
"DON'T YOU DARE TO CALM ME DOWN"
You slightly flinched at her sudden outburst. You looked here and there to see if anyone is watching you both. Thankfully there was no one except the guard who wasn't paying any attention to you at all.
A sudden wave of guilt ran through you as you realised how much you have troubled Alya without even knowing. You really never took her seriously and always ignored her. You shouldn't have done that. There must have been some emergency that she had to come here.
Alya sighs before saying "Let's go somewhere safe so we can talk properly"
You nodded and took her into the bushes in the garden. There was no one near you both as the classes were going on usually at this time and everyone was busy in their own work.
"Ok so tell me, what's the matter?" You asked.
"YOU tell me what's the matter!?" She replied, widening her eyes.
"Me!?"
"Yeah you!! Are you okay here?? How is everything going!? How many people came to know about your secret till now?? I know very well that it's totally impossible to hide it by yourself"
Hearing this, you felt more bad for ignoring her like that. Was she actually worried for you while you were literally being so careless?
"Umm..yeah you're right. But I'm glad that I found my brother here and he was helping me all this time"
"Oh wow that's great!" She replied, folding her arms.
"At first, he was against it and scolded me but I convinced him anyhow. And Jimin.. he is one of my friends and he came to know about it when my brother and I were talking"
"Ouh..so is it okay or not?" She asked, getting concerned.
"He is really good. They both are doing so much for me. They always protect me and stand by my side"
"Thank God" She said, smiling.
"Well, Y/n I hope things will be alright at the end and we can get out of this tension as soon as possible. You are really brave, you know. This is the first time I'm experiencing something like this in my whole career. How can any girl even think of doing this!? You're studying here, in boys hostel, all dressed up as a boy, hiding your real self from everyone just to make your parents happy! You are really something, Y/n"
You gently smiled at her words and looked down at your feet.
"Thank you so much for saying that. It feels so nice that someone understands me"
She just gave you her sweet smile. You were about to continue speaking when you both got startled at the sound of bushes. You looked at each other and went to check if someone was there.
"Was that wind or..." Alya said, looking around.
"I don't know. We don't see anyone here though. I really hope it was just wind"
Both of you got back to your places and continued talking.
" So, how was your vacation??" You asked.
