Within the next four weeks, Judd had successfully completed two more courses with y/n, and in return y/n would grant him a smoke session where they'd pick each other's brains for a couple hours.

Judd, admittedly enough, was thoroughly enjoying his time with y/n, attending the sessions almost entirely for her and not the work itself. He'd spend more time talking to her outside of work too, texting her phone whenever he felt like it, or showing up outside her classes when the bell rang.

On the monday two weeks before Winter break, Y/n would find herself seated across from Judd in the library during study hall once again.

"Youre such a bad influence." Y/n giggled, looking over at Judd who was writing in a workbook.

"And youre no better. So is that a yes, princess?" There was a hint of amusement in his voice, yet he didnt look up from the book.

He had invited y/n to skip the rest of the day with him and accompany him in running some errands. There was only lunch and a final period after the study hall period, and y/n really wasn't worried about missing class material.

"Sure, ill go."

"Good." He let a small smile flood his face before he could stop it.
"Look this over."

He slid the literature workbook over to her and watched as she began to read through the page. Judd studied her face as her eyes traced the lines. He glazed over her face, hard stare tracing from her eyebrows to her eyes to her nose to her mouth, and it stayed there, until she lifted her head to look at him again.

"This is good. You're a really good writer, Judd." she handed him the book.

"Reminds me of a book I read, though I cant quite remember the name."

Judd nodded, silently beginning to pack his things up.

"Where exactly are we going?" Y/n asked, doing the same.

"To run errands. Just sit in the car and look pretty." He said, picking up his bookbag and slinging it over his shoulder. Then he stood and walked around the table, picking up y/n's bag too and throwing it over his shoulder.

"Oh- thank you." Y/n mumbled in surprise. Judd only waved her off.

The two of then walked out to the side entrance, trying to beat the lunch bell and the rush of students.

"Follow me to my house, then leave your car there." Judd said before walking y/n to her car and placing her bag in the trunk.

Y/n looked out the window as the city raced by. This was her first time sitting in Judd's green truck. It smelled interesting, not bad, but like wood and air fresheners.

She could tell Judd was driving her into the city and away from Westchester, but she still didnt know where they were going. After a while y/n slowly drifted off to sleep, her head resting on her hand.

Then after a while longer, Judd parked his car. He looked over at y/n, a small smiling gracing his lips as he watched her snore softly.

For a second he could a sworn a pink light graced her face, but once he blinked, it was gone.

"Princess." He said, tapping her shoulder.
"Wake up."
