The Kingdom of Vale changed its scenery once the Council announced the cancellation of the Vytal Festival. Anything and everything that was decorated for the festival has been taken down and replaced by the Upcoming Valean Navy. The kingdom has stores and businesses closed and traffic barriers placed all over so the Navy can march a clear path for everyone to see. The city has constructed a military observation tower that will be used for the officers who will be signaling the start of the parade. Another one was constructed for the staff at Beacon along with General Ironwood and Specialist Schnee. Both Headmasters even have sections where the academy students will be so they can witness the parade without having to be crowded with civilians. The civilians were excited about the parade while the students were still pissed about the cancellation of the Vytal Festival.
At Beacon
It was a Friday and classes had just ended. All the students were getting ready to enjoy their free time, but everyone heard the intercom ringing, signaling that an announcement was about to be presented.
Ozpin: "Good Afternoon students from the 4 Huntsman Academies. As you are all aware, the Vytal Festival is canceled and will be replaced by the first Navy Day Parade. While I'm sure many of you are disappointed by this event, I'm pleased to inform you that Admiral Doflamingo has given us special passes as well as a better overview for you all to witness the beginning of Vale's new Navy. The academy will be closed and we expect everyone to be in Vale for the parade. Anyone who is not presented will face some severe consequences. This is an order from General Ironwood and I. Enjoy the rest of your day." The headmaster of Beacon announced as the intercom turned off.
A few seconds later, loud groans and moans can be heard all over Beacon as so many students do not want to see the parade, but they are now forced to because of the two headmasters.
The Next Day
Weiss: "I can't believe that we have to waste our Saturday for this dumb parade." She said with an annoyed scowl on her face.
Yang: "It probably won't be that bad Weiss-cream. I mean, we didn't have anything to do today. This is better than nothing." Said the blonde brawler with optimism.
Ruby: "Yeah Weiss, this could be fun!" Said the cheerful leader.
Blake: "Besides, this is a new military force. It's mainly comprised of volunteers, so we probably won't be here long." Said the black-haired Faunus.
Weiss: "Agree. This so-called "Navy" is nothing compared to the Atlas Military." She said with a little pride of her home Kingdom.
Ren: "That may be true Blake, but you have heard that 80% of employees and people from all over Remnant came to join the Navy. I also heard that upcoming students, who were accepted to the Huntsman Academies, also joined after destroying their acceptance letters." Said the only male member of the group.
Nora: "So it's a huge load of people!" The ginger-haired hyper girl said.
Pyrrha: "Hm, I wonder how this parade will go and how many sailors are marching." Said the invincible girl.
With Doflamingo
In one of the observation towers, are the Admirals, Captains, and Lieutenants of the Valean Navy, all wearing their proper uniforms. All Lieutenants wear a Sea-blue uniform with a white Navigator Twill Nautical Cap.
