Doflamingo: "Forward March!" The Newly appointed Fleet Admiral ordered to his officers and soldiers.
That was the order needed to begin the march and start the parade. All Navy Sailors are dressed in blue camouflages Navy Working Uniforms attached with light black armored gear along with a black tactical helmet that's equipped with a tactical mask with orange lenses. They seems to be carrying standard issue M4A1's. The Petty Officers, who are giving commands during the march, are wearing the Navy Working Uniforms, but without the tactical armor and rifles. They are wearing grey berets that has the emblem of the Valean Navy pinned in the middle and their Petty Officer insignia ranks epaulettes are placed on their shoulder.

In sequence, the Sailors began marching down the street of Vale with their rifles in the "Port Arms" command. Their boots marching the streets, making loud steps that can be heard from a few miles away. A few feet away from the marching sailors, is the Navy's Color Guard that's in front while carrying 2 flags. The Flag of the Kingdom of Vale and the newly establish Valean Navy Flag. On each side of the flag bearers, is sailors that are wielding golden sabers that's in the "Present Sabre's" command. The citizens and Huntsman academy students watch in shock and awe as they're witnessing the beginning of the new Naval Force that can rival the Atlas Military.

At the stands
Doflamingo, along with his admirals and Captains, watch in pride as they see these young Sailors marching in the streets to show their dedication to the Navy. Some the Admirals have arrogant smirks, as they were once officers in the Atlas Military, that were "honorably discharge" by the Atlas Council. Reason for that is because is cost of lot of money to keep a military force active. The Ex-Atlas officers loath the council and Atlas military because even though Ironwood is the General, he still listens to the council like a pet as to him. The admirals felt like the Navy is a 2nd chance for them to continue the military life as they feel like they have more to contribute. Plus this beats better than early retirement.
