The box

   “I hate you!! Go away!!” I shouted

Then pushed him away from me

He held both of my hands then pulled me for a hug

   “Bata talaga” he giggled

Then hugged tighter..

   “I hate you..” I said while sobbing

He stared at my face then hold it..

Then he pulled me..

My tears fell like there was no tomorrow..

He looked at me again then smiled.

   “Stop crying! I’m here now.. stop crying”

He hugged me again

   “Stop crying..”

I hugged tighter.

   “Moron.. stupid.. idiot..” I said softly

He laughed frenzied

   “Mahal na mahal kita”

He kissed my forehead

   “Mahal na mahal din kita”

I kissed him

He turned around then kneeled down

   “Sakay na”

So I did.. this might be a dream.. I wouldn’t like to waste it.

Then we went inside our house..

Inupo niya ako sa sofa.

   “Good morning.. I knew I heard my future son-in-law” sabi ni Mommy

Then she kissed Sean on his cheeks and hugged.

   “I thought you’d come this evening! You’re too early!” sabi ni Mommy

Aba! Bakit sila alam kung kelan siya pupunta?? ><

   “Di ko na mapigilan eh.. masyado kong na-miss tong bata na to” sabi niya

Tapos ginulo niya buhok ko

BATA?! Hmp.. ako pa ngayon bata.. psh. Just because he’s a business MAN. I shouldn’t even call him MAN. He’s still a boy! A business BOY! Laugh**

   “I’ll leave you two here” sabi ni Mommy

Then she went inside their room

So. Naiwan kami dito ni Sean… tahimik lang kami

Still dumbfounded on what’s happening.. I feel like I’m floating

Hinawakan niya kamay ko

His hand was still soft as ever.. I want to cry because I missed him so much

   “How many days did it took now?”

   “142”

He sighed

   “142 lang yun? Hmm, either way I still need to bring those back”

Naiyak ako uli tapos niyakap ko siya ng mahigpit

   “Ayoko na! Hindi mo na kailangan ibalik yun! Basta nandito ka lang sa tabi ko! Wag kang aalis ng ganun! Alam mo ba gaano ako nahirapan??? Mahal na mahal kita”
