Once we both walked in, Claude shut and locked the door behind us. I looked around our room and admired it.
The room was lighted with the orange and red color coming from the open windows. Allowing the fresh air to flow in and out. There was two desks on opposite sides of the room. On the left was Claude's desk. His was nice and neat accompanied by many spider webs along with spider stickers. He also has many pens and the excuse for having so many was because the foolish students always forgot their pencils or pens. My desk was nice and tidy just like Claude's expect for the fact it was decorated neatly with.... Cat stickers. Oh how I love cats~
You see, we separated the decoration of our love for things by splitting the room in half. One half, decorated with spiders and the other, decorated with cats. No, not real spiders or cats. Like, stickers or... Posters and such. But, we do tend to have real spiders or cats come into our room from the open windows. Which was another reason why we had them open.
When other teachers come into our room, they tend to think that me and Claude are really 'weird' and don't understand the liking we have for these things. Which is why they don't enter our room anymore.... Because of Claude's weird spiders! No one likes spiders! People would be more pleased with fluffy kitty cats! They are so cute and adorable! But alas, we are 3,000 year old adults so we must act like it...
I walked over to my desk and took a seat while placing the paperwork down in the process. Claude walked over to his seat and sat down as well.
------------------------
"Ahh.. Look at the time. It's late already. We should be heading out by now Sebastian." Claude said as he stretched. I looked up from my computer over to him then at the clock that hung on his wall. He's right. Wow it is pretty late.
"One second..." I said and placed one more grade on the grade book. I then stood up and stretched. "Alright, let's go." I said. Claude nodded before walking to the door. While he did so, I opened my drawer and placed the paperwork in there, closing it once done. I stood up straight and walked over to the door and Claude opened it.
We walked out with Claude again closing and locking the door behind us. Hmm... Is it just me or has Claude been a little too nice today?
"Claude, I want to know something.." I began. Claude looked up from the door at me. "Go ahead then." He stated. We began walking down the hallway before I asked this, "Why are you being so nice today? It's not like you are like this any other day.."
Claude was looking at me when I asked this then shifted his eyes ahead of us. "It's nothing too deep really. I guess I'm just in a good mood today." He answered. I could've sworn I saw a little blush from his cheeks... Maybe it's the poor lighting of this school...
"Alright..." I said.
"There you are bassy! I knew we'd meet again just like destiny!~" We both stopped in our tracks and turned around to find that freak again. Oh dear... When will he ever learn..
He began running towards us, his heels pounding against the hard tile.
That's when I felt a hand grab my arm. I looked up to find that it's Claude's hand and before I knew it, I was being dragged while running out the school. We were in front of the front gates when suddenly Claude picked me up and threw me over the gate. I landed on my feet as Claude then jumped over the gate, landing next to me. "Bassy! Why are you running away from me?!" I heard Grell shout as he ran to the front gates. I groaned from now knowing that we didn't lose this annoying thing!
"Hide here." Claude stated and shoved me into a bush. I growled at him but did so anyways. It was for the best..
"Where's bassy?! What did you do with my man?!" Grell yelled at Claude while pulling against the bars of the gate. Claude pushed his glasses up to the bridge of his nose before answering, "I'm sorry to say that I've lost him. We parted ways back in the school. You should be able to find him there." Grell gasped and squealed.
"Ooh! I'll surly get my bassy now!~" and with that, he rushed back to the school. I sighed heavily before pushing my way past the bushes.
I looked up at Claude and he just stared back. "You surely are being a little too nice don't you think?" I said. Claude smirked in response. "Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. But what I do know is that Grell is gone. And you owe me another one." I sighed again and turned to the way of my home. "Well, we must part ways now. Goodbye Claude." I waved and began walking.
As I was walking down to the busy streets of London, I heard a pair of footsteps behind and and turned around to find... Claude? What? His home is the other way... Why is he following me?
"Claude?... Why are you following me?" I asked. He looked to the side before answering. "I just.... Needed to go to the store. I was hoping that you know where that is.." Again, I could've sworn I saw a blush but more deeper...
"Oh. Why didn't you say so?" I said and began walking again, Claude following behind. What is up with him today? Now that I think about it, what does Claude need from the store anyways? He doesn't eat food necessarily... He eats souls and hardly ever eats human food. Hmm... Maybe more pens? Well now wait a second! He has so many other pens! And he got those without needing directions to the store! What?!
I stopped on my tracks again and turned around to face Claude. He stopped as well and look up at me confusingly. "Claude. Why do you need to go to the store? Why are you being so nice to me today? Why are you following me around?!" I asked rather harshly. He only blinked back in response like I just sputtered out nonsense. I sighed heavily before turning back around. He's driving me CRAZY with his weird behavior! "It's fine. You don't need to answer that." I began walking to the store again. This closeness and kindness of Claude's is also starting to get on my nerves...
