One sided break up

Felix found Ji sat on their bed, tears cutting her chubby cheeks.

"Hey..." he whispered:
"What's wrong?"

He sat right next to him and pulled their head down on his shoulder. His heart ached because he truly had not a singular idea of what was going on and he hated being unable of helping his beloved Jisung.

"I'm confused, Lix... so confused"

Felix stroked his hair softly, trying to comfort him as well as encourage them to go on.

"I think I want to date Minho"

Felix smiled. Of course. He knew that already.

"Congrats on being the last to find out" he chuckled and gave a small pinch to Ji's cheek.

"No... Lix you don't get it..."

"What?"

"I- I don't feel comfortable kissing you anymore"

Felix's smile withered.

"You...want to go exclusive with him?" he asked.

Sadness was starting to bubble up but Lix tried his best to push it down. Not when Jisung needed his help. There was time to cry later.

"Yes..."

He swallowed his tears. His fingers played desperately with one another, an attempt to hide the grief he was feeling.

"So... I guess it's over between us, huh?" his voice only shook a little.

"Wait... what are you talking about? Lix we... we never dated"

Here. This is the exact moment his heart broke into pieces. Tears leaked. Nails dug into his palm.

"B- but- we kissed... we slept togheter, you acted like-"

"Lix are you crying? Fuck shit no...I didn't mean it I'm sorry..."

"You let me call you <<babe>> all this time and never questioned anything???"

"I-"

Jisung had thought it as an endearing nickname. They had unerrestimated it all.

She had fucked up. Bad.

"Well. That's it then."

Lix said. And it sounded so definitive Jisung shook in fear.

"Wait! I'm sorry, I misunderstood everything...I'm so sorry"

"You know what, it's allright. You've always been too self absorbed to notice other people's feelings anyway. I almost feel bad for Minho. Goodbye, Jisung. "

And with that, Felix stormed out of the house leaving a destroyed Ji to their own dark thoughts.
