If I didn't think about Lorenzo, I really like Hogwarts. There was a lot of free time, the grounds around Hogwarts were usually empty, the food is amazing and of course, I have Kayla.

This morning we had had history together again, continuing to go over the evolution of potions from yesterdays lesson, and after that we had had defense against the dark arts together as well, so it was a good day. After lunch I would only have potions left, and although it wasn't with Kayla I had always loved potions, so I was looking forwards to it anyways. This time we ate lunch in the cafeteria, and I spotted Lorenzo sitting at the end of the table.

It was him, the buzzcut-boy I had seen in charms, a blonde dude, and two guys with curly hair, although one of them had more wavy hair than curly, and it was both longer and darker than the other guys hair.

I was making eye contact with Enzo and-

WAIT NO

I look away fast enough to break a small animals neck and stare in the other direction. Absolutely not. Im not gonna let him assume anything. Kayla hadn't notices anything and was happily talking about how she was gonna build a house with wheels so she could travel the world (she has never built anything in her life and has no knowledge of the subject) and it was honestly adorable. She would come up with something new like this like every week, two weeks ago she was going to buy a house and have it as a cat rescue, like live there with 15 cats and do nothing else than take care of them. She was always yapping about something, god knows what but that's one of the thing that really made me love her. She wasn't afraid to look dumb or worried about what others thought, she lived her truth and was honest in everything.

Was he still looking at me? I couldn't risk checking.

When she finished rambling she got up and I followed her out, and she followed me to potions.

The classroom was beautiful. With its stone foundation and dark wood benches and ingredient covered walls full of anything and everything, one couldn't help but think of it as majestic. Or maybe I was just a nerd. No matter which one it was put my stuff down on the bench in the back corner, sat myself down.

Ive always liked sitting it corners, something about being able to see all of your surroundings, or maybe it just felt nice to have a place, rather than sitting in new spots every lesson. As the other student started flowing in, I saw him again. Thankfully, he didn't see me, or at least he didn't look at me. He sat down with Buzzcut and looked at me.

Dammit. I spoke to soon.

To my surprise, I get the desk to myself, everyone else seems to have established pairs already. This was to my joy, as I like sitting alone, so it was a pleasant surprise.

A tall man with long, black hair and dressed in all black entered our classroom, hastily making his way to the front off the class, at first I had thought it was a lost emo, but turns out he was our potions professor, Professor Severus Snape. He was blunt, and had a cold expression. Without much of an introduction, we were assigned a task for the day and a partner, chosen by him.

When Professor Snape got to my name, he said the name Ronald Wesley. Since I barely knew anyone, I had no idea who that was. And he probably had no idea who I was either. But he could probably figure it out since just had to look for the girl that had never been in this class before. That's probably how he found me.

He had red hair and a red tie, and asked me, almost hesitant

-Are you Stella Peverelle?

His hands were in his pockets, not relaxed but not tense. I smiled, trying to look as inviting as possible, which seemed to relax him a little bit.
