AKK

The last 10 years that I had struggled by myself alone in the US had taught me to be self reliant and to be more aggressive, otherwise I would have just gotten stuck in the entry position I started in when I first got the job. This change is a stark contrast to the Akk who is always fearful of standing my ground and who had given in to the pressures placed upon me by the teachers I looked up to and the position I badly wanted to keep so I didn't have to be just the poor boy from the small fishing village.

Feeling like this newly acquired steel is indeed useful as I frankly told P'Jim what I think about him pressuring Gaipa to come home. I've not noticed how much I've started considering Gaipa as an integral part of my life and how comfortable I'm starting to feel being with him. Automatically finding myself sitting beside Gai and taking out my phone to mindlessly scroll through my social media, trying to get the recent confrontation with Jim out of my head.

But a bolt of desire automatically shot through me when Gaipa's hand suddenly landed on my thigh, grabbing to get my attention and I was very surprised. Feeling myself almost choking on my own saliva, I managed to ask Gaipa if everything was alright.

"Why didn't you tell me that Mae saw you this morning when you came out of my room?" Gaipa whispered, the heat of his breath on my ear adding to my already growing discomfort.

"What!? How did you know that?" I asked Gaipa, even though my attention was definitely elsewhere - on the warm hand on my thighs and the fan of warm breath on my ears.

"She just told the nurse who always thought we were brothers that we are not and that we are in a relationship instead!" Gaipa continued to murmur in my ear.

"What?!''I exclaimed in surprise, now obviously flustered as I looked at my mother who was still happily chatting with the nurse and then back down at Gaipa's hand, still unconsciously clutching on my thigh. My irises must be widely blown right now as I feel the familiar stirrings of arousal at Gaipa's intimate touch and definitely feeling the loss when he automatically withdraws his hand after realizing the almost dangerous place his hand had landed.

It took me a while before I successfully suppressed the buzz of desire running through my veins and even longer before I realized what Gaipa had said. Before I could reply or do something about it, the doctor's assistant came to tell us that he is already waiting. Nodding at me as if telling me to go on, I left Gaipa and followed my mom into her doctor's clinic.

Finally getting the thumbs up from her doctor, my mom happily told Gaipa the news when we came out. Once again holding his arms and telling him we can all finally go back home to Chonburi. Gaipa, as gentle as ever, warmly told my mom how happy he was and had thanked all the nurses we passed on our way out. Remembering Gaipa's words, I looked back at the familiar faces of the nurses who are now widely grinning at the sight of Gaipa holding my mom as his other hand had clutched mine unconsciously.
