" Mom, Dad guess what " I said as I shoved cereal in my mouth. We were sitting at the island all eating breakfast together as we usually do every morning

" What? " The both said at the same time sounding uninterested. They always do this because they know it's something bad I'm bout to tell them. And as always it was something they obviously didn't want to hear.

" I have after school detention today " I said as I began putting my bowl in the sink. My mom rolled her eyes as my dad said nothing , but continued eating his food

" Honey when are you going to realize that your not in middle school anymore. It's all fun and games when your there, but when your in high school it's different. Gosh Avery this is your last year in high school and your behavior still hasn't changed. You need to get it together because in a few months you would be graduating soon...or at least I hope so " my mom said as she got up to put her dishes in the sink beginning to wash them. My dad stared at me then cleared his throat once he saw I caught him staring cause he knows that I HATE that.

" Sweetie you know I love you right? " He said as I began confused to why he was questioning me

" Duh " Where was he goin with this?

" Well Since your a senior this year I know you would start planning on moving out sooner or later, but the way you keep acting me and your mother would have to kick you out of this house before you graduate " he said looking me deep in my eyes

" So when the Fuck did y'all come up with this bullshit! " I said standing from my seat

" We never talked about it , but it's a conversation we need to discuss , so sit down! " He yelled over me

" No! I'm leaving " I said quickly grabbing my bag off the chair next to me

" Where the hell do you think your going? " My mom asked

" There's a place called school where your child goes to learn " I said sarcastically then slamming the door behind me

" Fuck them, you could stay at my house " Kiron said as we walked to my locker. We were on good terms again only because I needed a ride to school. I had to call someone cause I knew my parents weren't taken me after what happened this morning

" Bruh , as much as I love you , your house would be the last place I would want to stay at " I said truthfully

" Damn , your honesty hearts " he said putting his hand on his heart playfully

" Sorry but you have way to many siblings " I said closing my locker

" It's only seven " he said sounding like that wasn't enough

" ONLY " I said as we started laughing while walking toward the classroom I hate the most. First period since its math. My brain doesn't work in the morning

" Ugh I really don't wanna got to class right now "

" You say that all the time , but today your going I want you to graduate " he said pulling my arm

" Stop you sound like my parents " I said rolling my eyes just thinking bout it

" Good , now have a nice day in math class honey, don't be late for dinner " he said really trying to sound like my mom which was annoying

I walked in class not really caring to speak to the teacher. I went to my usually seat which was way in the back away from everyone else. The class started shortly after the bell rang.
