i sat on the front steps watching cole and isaac play football with parker.

"take it easy, hike!" cole called

"yeah, parker!" i yelled

"number 19 was having a heck of a day when rookie, isaac garcia, stepped off the bench" lee narrated like he was a sportscaster.

parker weaved side to side behind isaac to get ready for cole's throw.

"gotta get open p!" cole threw the football "make him fake!"

isaac jumped and caught it.

"ooh and that's an interception" lee continued

"isaac she's 9." cole said sternly

"hey! good hustle out there, but time to hit the showers!" george called from behind me.

b.o filled my nose as they boys ran past.

"yeah time to hit the showers is right." i grimaced, heading in after isaac and lee.

"maybe we wouldn't be looking at slashing and burning 20% of our crop.." george was talking on the phone to someone in the kitchen

the three of us were looking at him and listening as i reached in between isaac and lee for a muffin.

george sighed as he hung up the phone, katherine walked into the kitchen grabbing a cup that george had poured for her.

"where's the fire?" george joked, katherine was wearing her scrubs and was seemingly in a rush.

"cat in a chicken coup- ugh, where are my keys??"

i spotted them infront of me "here" i said as i tossed them to her, "thank you evelyn" she smiled, before kissing george on the cheek, grabbing her bag and rushing out

i hung out with jackie and her friends grace and skylar while they decorated a poster for the student council committee. i had done some art in new york and won a couple contests, no biggie.

"jackie! kiss, marry kill...cole, alex, isaac!" grace turned her head while laying on jackie's bed.

"grace why are you the way that you are?" skylar shook his head

"fineee, we can talk about this again after you've spent the whole day with alex" grace ginned

"alex and i are just friends" jackie tilted her head at grace

grace looked at me and i shook my head subtly.

"wow, evelyn, that's actually really good" skylar complimented

"thanks" i smiled, before benny interuptted our quiet evening by rushing in with my bra on his head, i saw isaac laughing in the hall as benny yelled "i got your booby holder" and danced around. i snatched my bra off his head and tossed it on the bed next to grace who was laughing.
