it had been a few days since my nightmarish hangover, i couldn't remember anything from that night and i had a feeling isaac was definitely hiding something, but he wouldn't tell me.
i did learn from jackie that cole and alex had a fight at the bonfire over her, and paige i guess, but mostly jackie. i realllllyyy wish i could of remembered that though out of all the things.
in class bella told me more about what had happened with paige, alex and cole, and basically alex and paige had been dating last summer and cole had come back from rehab for his leg injury and he and paige started flirting at a party when they kissed. a rumour going around is that when alex saw them he "ran away crying like a little bitch". i ignored all the rumours though.
i was walking with isaac, lee and nathan to lunch when grace came up to us.
"hey isaac, we're beer-pong buddies right?" grace asked.
"yeah. for life" isaac said, a bit sarcastically
"so i can ask you anything?"
"mhm" he hummed
"okay so these rumours being spread about alex." she pressed.
"okay, well i'm not going there so-" isaac trailed off.
"don't you have better things to do?" lee asked furrowing his brow at grace.
"lee, this is important!" grace exclaimed "hmm, so you said 'not going there' which means there is something"
"grace that's a bit of a stretch" nathan chimed in softly
"am i wrong?" grace looked at isaac, who bit his lip before looking to the side and taking a bite of his apple.
grace smiled and opened her mouth in shock at isaac's kind of confirmation "i knew it!" she laughed
"guys i'm really trying to help here" she stopped and turned to face the four of us "alex is going through it and i want to clarify the rumours"
"we don't snitch" nathan shrugged
"yeah, i learned that my first week here." i gave grace a nod and smile, receiving an elbow to the arm from isaac
"yeah we're not telling you anything" lee said
"well.." isaac started, we all turned to him
"what?" grace's eyes widening
"alex snitched.." isaac tilted his head shrugging
"what? no way" lee scoffed
"he wouldn't do that" nathan said
"well, he told uncle george that cole is sneaking girls into the house"
"dude!" lee, and nathan hit isaac's arms
