"what are you watching?"

i turned around to see isaac behind me, i looked at my phone before looking back at him

"um, cody ko" i shrugged

his eyes lit up "no way, i love him!"

"really? i wouldn't expect such a vanilla boy like you to like an actual good youtuber" i teased

he rolled his eyes before holding out his hand for an airpod, i pulled one out and handed it to him as he took the seat next to me at the table.

alex had a rodeo thing today that he was performing at or something, i only went for a bit since it didn't really interest me. jackie was sad that she couldn't go, she had an interview that was a really good opportunity for her.

"that will look good on you!" jackie exclaimed as grace held up a shirt

"are you sure?" grace raised an eyebrow

"it was lucy's, she'd want you to have it" i nodded

jackie, erin, isaac, grace, lee, alex, kiley and i all went to the fair in a group, i wore a crotchet tube top and some jeans, fastened with a belt.

the eight of us walked around enjoying the bustle of people and all the colourful lights coming from rides.

"ferris wheel!!" i grabbed isaac's wrist in excitement as i dragged him over to the big spinning wheel and got in the line (which wasn't long at all)

isaac and i hadn't kissed or anything since the hickey incident (which was gone now thankfully). we didn't talk about it since, it was nice that we were on good terms but i was getting a little anxious about it. i liked him and i was starting to think maybe he didn't feel the same.

i shivered slightly when the ferris wheel cart we were in reached the very top, the wind wrapping around me.

"cold?" isaac asked

"a little" i shrugged

then before i could say anything else, he was taking his jacket off and putting it around my arms, he brushed his hair back as leaned into his seat.

i carefully scooted closer, then i leaned into him. i rested my head on his shoulder as he wrapped his arm around me, pulling me closer.

i looked into his eyes as he looked back in mine, the faint sound of the fair music slowly faded away.

"ev?" he spoke as he played with my hair slightly

"mm?" i hummed

"will you be my girlfriend..?" he stuttered, nervously

my heart melted. i liked isaac, so how could i say no?

i smiled before pulling him in by the neck and kissing him as i felt his smile against my lips

i was isaac garcia's girlfriend..
