jackie had stupidly gone out for a run and got lost in the woods, cole went to go get her and apparently they had this big screaming match in the rain, i didn't want to interrogate her about it so i didn't ask what it was about or if alex knew. though im positive he didn't know.

"hold stilll" i ordered

"it ticklesss" lee laughed, squirming around

"whattt are you guys doing?"

lee and i turned to see isaac standing at my bedroom door, lee and i sat on my bed as i did his makeup.

"she's doing my makeup" lee nodded

"isaac let me do yours!!" i exclaimed

"mmmm" he grimaced

"please!!!!" i begged, putting my hands together

he looked between me and lee who were both making puppy dog eyes and pouty faces at him

"ugh, fine" he sat on the bed in lee's spot as lee moved over

i grabbed isaac's face between my thumb and my pointer finger, i got butterflies as he looked into my eyes while i did his mascara.

i gave him some glittery eyeshadow for fun, lee and i cackled as we took pictures of my creation while isaac scowled at his new look the mirror.

"wait wait, if evelyn's lips were the last to touch the lipstick before she put it on yo-" lee's eyes brightened

"no." isaac cut him off, knowing exactly what he was about to say, before turning back to the mirror

"ev, it looks a little bland if i'm being honest"

i got an idea, i felt i might regret. i was worried he'd be disgusted and push me away, but it was too late.

"i know how to fix that!" i blurted

i watched as ev grabbed my face again, and i felt her kiss my cheek, my stomach flipped at the feeling of her lips against my skin. reminding me of the kiss we shared and how much i liked it.

woah isaac

"there!" she exclaimed, leaving a bright red kiss on my cheek,

she laughed as lee shoved a camera in my face taking tons of pictures,

"kids!! dinner!!!" katherine called from downstairs

"i dare you to wear that look to dinner" lee smirked

ev and i glanced at each other, before turning back to lee,

"takis!!!" he yelled

i bit my lip, defeated

ev tilted her head in confusion "takis??" she questioned

"i bought isaac takis a couple weeks ago, after he begged me. i told him he would owe me and couldn't say no to whatever i asked him to do for me" lee explained, grinning

"oh lord" ev shook her head

"how do you suppose we explain this to everyone?" ev whispered in my ear, the smell of her perfume made the corner of my mouth turn up in a smile, but only momentarily.

i didn't want to admit it, but i kinda liked having her lipstick on my cheek..

the three of us walked down the stairs together, everyone gave us really weird looks as we all sat down at the table.

"um, isaac.." jackie started

"what's going on there" george motioned his finger in a circle, gesturing at the red mark on my cheek.

"i did his makeup" evelyn shrugged

"it was looking boring so she added a little colour" lee cackled

i kicked him under the table, hard.

"it's not weird, i hate her" i pouted

"yeah, he's a pain in the ass" evelyn nodded as she looked at me.

i melted at the sight of her beautiful eyes on mine. how could i hate her?

everyone was looking at us confused, thankfully, no more questions were asked though
