America's P.O.V.
I awake to the feeling of an arm around my waist.
"Good morning my Royal Husbandness."
"Good morning America Schreave, Queen of Illea." said my husband as I turned around to face him on our bed.
"That will take some getting use to." We both laugh at that.
"What shall we do today?" he asks
"Well, we have plenty of time for fun. I say we do nothing and just relax."
"Sounds great, let go back to sleep!" I glare at him,
"I did not say sleep, I said to relax, they are very different things."
"Too bad, I am king, I can do anything."
"Fine." I say while climbing out of bed. "You can make your own breakfast this week, along with lunch and dinner, because you are the king, and you can do anything." I spin on my heal and leave the room heading to the bathroom to take a shower and get dressed.
Maxon's P.O.V.
America and I were married two days ago, and we arrived in the Colorado Mountains late last night and went right to bed, we were both too tired to have any fun. We came with tons of guards, being the King and Queen and all, but I know America wishes we didn't need them. We also brought a few maids, but America is determined to cook almost every meal and clean the dishes, like a normal family, as she said. We get to spend a whole week here, I just hope we are not called back for any 'Royal Duties'. I get up from the bed and get dressed while America is still in the shower. I start to head to the kitchen to attempt to breakfast like America stated. I toasted some bagels, grabbed a butter knife and cream cheese, along with two glasses of milk. I was not really cooking, but I will work for breakfast.
"A king should never slouch!" came from some where behind me. I was sitting rather unprofessionally.
"But I am to relax, because I can do anything." I teased with a smirk.
"Well you are not wrong there, well your cooking still needs some work." America takes a bagel and sits on my lag and rest her head on my shoulder. We stayed like this for hours.
