John Cena Vs Michael McMahon for the United States Championship.
Originally, it wasn't going to be main event, but fans wanted to see Michael at the main event against one of the GOATs and John and others liked the idea.
It will be the first time that a Secondary Belt main event a big pay-per-view, thus adding more prestige to the US Title itself.
It helps that it's personal for Michael as he really loved the United States Championship and had said that Cena's US Title Open Challenge brought back it's prestigious legacy. Now, he's gonna continue that legacy as he becomes a fully fledge adult the next night on RAW.
