I looked around the tower. It was 12:30 PM. I was on the second floor. I had been trying to find a place to practice Dark Magic. Dark Magic is an evil version of magic. Light Magic is normal magic. For Light Magic you have fire or water. The dark versions would be azure flame or blood. I was trying to master the art of frostbite, the ability to slow people down and on some occasions, rip limbs off the targets body.
I went outside, and realized I could just practice in the driveway. Never mind that, I drew a circle out of chalk. I put up a training dummy around six yards away. Inside of it, I stood. My eyes changed to a sky blue, except black streaks within the iris. I aimed my paw at it, when...
"Hey Lucifer! When did you get up this morning?" Ella asked, which resulted in me hitting a bird. The bird turned into a frozen pile of bones. I looked at her, stepping out of the circle.
"That could of gone badly." I said. "But no one got hurt, and I'm fine. I awoke from my slumber at 12:29."
"Oh. Hey I got a question. Could you... Uh..."
"What?"
"Could you teach me magic?"
"..."
"Oh, I guess I should of n-"
"Sure, why not?" I said. She hugged me, then I drew a circle out of chalk, and told her to stand in it. She did . "So, what magic do you want to learn?"
"Psychokinesis!" she said, which resulted in my mouth being agape. The was a harder magic, but I can try to teach her.
"Alright. Now," I started, summoning a grimoire. I flipped to the page on Psychokinesis. "read the chapter, and come back to me when you're done." The chapter was around ten pages long. I decided to polish my sword, Grimwraith. He is a demon that I captured and ensnared in a sword. But, he had the ability to absorb any type of magic. I polished him just as Ella walked up to me. She stood there, as if she was trying to act like a statue. My sword glowed a dark red. It must be absorbing magic. Oh, Ella is trying to manipulate me.
"That won't work. My sword absorbs any type of magic."
"No, BEHIND YOU!"
