I woke up to the sound of a knock at the door. Ella was still sleeping. I opened it and saw it was the owner of the complex. He gave me a paper and left. I read the paper, and gasped. He gave me ownership of the building! I was the only one living here, so now it is mine. I immediately went to the roof. I saw there was a crystal of some sorts. I grabbed it, and a volt of energy went through my body. I looked at the crystal, then looked at a ball that was on the roof. I kicked it, and it broke through the atmosphere. I summoned an ONI Cannon, and it looked normal.
"Hey Lu! I heard about... Uhh, you're floating." Ella said. I looked down and I was levitating. I floated to Ella and presented the crystal. "Where did you find it?"
"Up here." I said, holding the crystal. "It was just there."
"Well, I'm heading to the beach. Wanna come?"
"Sure, why not? Let me just grab a bite." I said, racing down the stairs. I grabbed a breakfast smoothie. I grabbed my SCP collar. I open it and put the crystal inside. I run down the streets, topping speeds of seventy miles an hour. I arrive, looking at the perimeter. I see the pups swimming and having a blast. Ella was sunbathing. I walked over there and was greeted by Marshall. I put down a towel and ran to the ocean. I ran atop the water, impressing the crowd. I look to see Zuma surfing. I ran toward him, and jumped right in. I create a surfboard using magic. I catch up to him and ride the same wave. "Sup lad!"
"Sup dude!" He replied, obviously in his zone. He knew some good tricks, but he was no match for me. I did a three-sixty triple flip. He managed to do a two-seventy quadruple flip. "You're on, dude!"
I summoned a huge wave and cruised my way to the top. I did a 3240-degree penta flip. He did it on MY wave, except better. I called to him, and we met up at shore. the pups had built sandcastles. Zuma and I decided to see who could make the best sandcastle. I had an unfair advantage, magic. I made the Colosseum. He made something basic. I laughed as he struggled. We really had a good time, though. We went and bought ice cream.
"Dude, you're a really cool dude!" He said while licking his ice cream. "I don't know why we thought you were evil."
"Maybe the scar, the weapons, the brutality, the eyes." I replied, looking at him. We heard laughter coming from the water. There were three dogs, a Bulldog, Blue-tick Heeler, and a Rottweiler.
"They called me a horrible name before." He said, looking down. I asked what, and he replied: "They called me the n-word."
"They did WHAT!?" I growled, turning my attention to the trio. They looked be dead in the eyes and snickered. I had grabbed my bag before we got ice cream. I pulled out the Ravager and opened fire. The whole beach practically looked at me. They ran for their lives. I laughed and decided to sunbathe with Ella. We ended up subconsciously snuggling. It was dusk by the time we went to the Lookout. When we arrived, Ryder looked at me like I saved the human race from a bunch of Swifties.
"Lucifer, what you did to defend Zuma was questionable. But it was the kind thing to do. So, would you like to become an honorary member of the Paw Patrol? We need someone who can teach the pups how to deal with an armed threat." He spoke. I could not believe it.
"It would be an honor, sir. Pups, you better head to bed, you'll be up at Four A.M."
