Prologue

"Growing Older"

Under the bright streets light, there's a girl crying while looking at the rainy dark skies as she reminisces all of the drama and promises that her boyfriend swore when they were kids. She felt betray by what he did. This isn't a first time that the man ever cheat.

"Come on, Sohee !! Dae samchon is buying us ice cream !!" Scream the 10 years old ponytail's girl excitedly while grabbing sohee's hand.

On the other side, sohee hurt her leg and had a difficulty to keep up the pace from her friend so she struggles. While the boys runs as fast as they can to Dae samchon to get their ice cream as they all are exhausted from playing hide n seek, chasing each other and roaming the park together.

Dae samchon, Nayeon's uncle is the one that brought the kids to the park as they are all best friends and always play together. After Dae let them all play for hours, he decided to buy an ice cream for them but also has another intention. For a years, Dae wanted to confess to the girl that sell the ice cream but he's afraid to do so and all the kids knew about it.

"Samchon, why not you just confess to her today ?" asked the big forehead kid as they all sat on the chair to eat the ice cream.

"It's not that easy kid. Falling is easy, but not when the time you need to confess. It is way harder than you guys think. But keeping the relationship going, is waaayyyy more complex." Dae explain as he lick his own ice cream.

"Why is that ? If you confess didn't it just make you guys friend ?" the long haired bang kid asked confused.

"Yeah like us !" Nayeon added.

"A confession isn't because you wanted to become friend together but you wanted to live the life together. Its because you like someone and wanted to share feelings together and protect her. You didn't want to hurt your loved one feelings,right ?" Dae samchon looks straight into the four kid's eyes.

They are all look at each other and smile. They nod as they agree to the statement that Dae samchon said. Then, the big forehead boy stand up from his seat.

" I swear for my life ! I will always stay beside So hee and kept you safe from all the danger ! I will protect your heart as I'm the guardian for it ! " He shouted with the smudge of ice cream on his lips.

So hee blush as her red cheeks start to shown. All of the kids laugh it off because they're all know that SeoJun likes Sohee and they both like each other. Nayeon and Yoomin just supported the relationship of their friend to work out. The kids successfully put a smile on Dae's lips with their friendship.

A tears rolling down the girl's cheeks as she remember the promises from her own boyfriend. It always ended up, with a heartbreak. It is always Sohee who tries to protect their relationship and not Seojun. She realise that growing older is hard. Then, when she about to cross the road, a shout 'wait' has been heard from a running man.

"Wait !" Seojun shouted with a continuous panting wanted to stop Sohee.

"I can explain. I can explain everything!" He shouted.

Sohee turn to look at him. The looks of the guys that she love isn't there anymore. She's in pain. She's tired of all this. She's exhausted to kept on holding.
