"Honest"

It's been half an hour, I've been sitting in the cafe that situated near Sohee's house as she ask me to meet her today. She must be joking to let me stay here for the whole 30 minutes just by myself and I look like an idiot waiting for someone that didn't wanna come. My caramel macchiato and her strawberry milk that she ask me to order it for her also has been serve. My drink are already half and she still didn't come.

"Where is she ?" I say in frustrated.

I was about to reach her but then someone pull the chair in front of me with hoodie and stuff. Just by looking at it, I know who it is.

"Well, well. Look who just show up." I said in annoyance.

"Sorry, yoomin. There was so much people when I'm about to get out." She said.

"You can just ask me to pick you up as I now has the ability to protect or meet you during our day off." I said stirring up her drinks.

"Sorry for keeping you wait." She smile right after take off her mask.

"Small matter. So, what the matter ?" I ask looking around that if someone would notice her.

She take a sip with her drink while looking at my eyes. Her cheeks are already red as the hot weather maybe. She then put both of her hand in her hoodie's pocket and she lean herself on the chair.

"What matter ?" She ask with her clueless face.

"I don't know, why you wanted to meet me here ?" I say leaning foward.

She shake her head and drink her strawberry milk while enjoying the scenery inside the cafe. I just stay there with my annoying face. She really like to joke around with thing like this.

"Sohee. I ask a question." I said.

"Okay okay. You ask me that who the man that didn't notice me in the video, right ?" She at last say something.

"Uh-huh." I reply.

"I don't wanna tell who the guy is but you know him." She said it.

"What ? So it wasn't me ?" I said.

"Ah, you were thinking it was youu. Ahh, I seee." She chuckles.

"No, I was afraid it was me. That's a relief." I sigh.

She become silent for a moment and there's no smile on her face. God, did I break her heart. I'm just playing that I didn't know that the guy she mention is really me but she didn't want to tell me. I just want her to be honest so that I can be honest too.

"Sohee ?" I ask to make sure she's okay.

"Did you remember that night when you save me from getting rape in my friend's house ?" She asked look straight into my eyes.

"Yeah, he's an assholes, Sohee. Don't feel bad for-" She cut my word.

"It's not that, I just want to know. Why ? You save me from that man ?" She said.

"It's my job to protect you. Why wouldn't I just watch-" She cut me again.

"The night that you hold the umbrella for me when I cry, why would you do that ?" Her voice shaking.
