Newsies Oneshots/Crack

6- Headcanons sorta thing

Just a quick headcanon-esc list of some nervous habits i think the Newsies would have while working, as well as just some other general things they do, since i don't have the motivation for an actual story today

Jack:

● Fidgets with his bandana
● Leans on things
● Bites the end of pencils
● Daydreams sometimes instead of doing work
● Has also accidentally drunk paint water more than once by accident because he's forgetful

Davey:

● Hums while he's doing things
● Talks to himself
● Sometimes hyperfocuses on work and forgets to eat (It's alright Davey I've been there)
● Second-guesses everything he does

Les:

● Swings his legs while sitting down
● Doodles in the corners of pages

Crutchie:

● Talks to himself, like Davey
● Also talks to inanimate objects
● Spontaneously starts 20 projects at once and then forgets about all of them

Racetrack:

● Cannot sit still to save his life
● Zones out easily
● Taps his pencil/writing utensil against the desk/table
● Cannot focus on literally anything unless he has his cigar in his mouth

Spot:

● Never asks questions because he thinks it makes him look vulnerable, so even if he's trying to read the paper and he has no idea what a word means he would rather be completely lost than dare ask another Newsie what it's about
● Plays/fidgets with his cane and clothing
