Soul Mates

It's been a few months since my encounter with Dad and him going to prison while Desiree was offered community service. She's been doing it since and is getting close to finishing it. Lydia surprised me that day we fought Dad...who knew she would cave and give up. But she's always been nicer to me than Desiree and they both finally saw who Dad really was.

I sighed as I rubbed my stomach and walked into TAME. Taehyung and Lydia kept pushing me to have them tag along and I gave in and let them. I know Lydia's trying hard to redeem herself but DAMN...let me breathe.

Soon as I stepped through the doors, voices rung in my ears and I smiled. Rain and Angel came running, nearly making me stumble back and came to a sudden stop in front of me, I smiled wider.

"Hey, guys."

"Lilith! You're okay, we were so worried!" Rain said.

"Tell me you're finally coming back to work, we miss you here." Angel added.

Slight blush burned my cheeks, "About that..." and pointed down.

Their eyes followed where I was pointing and went wide, I blushed harder.

"Wait, you're pregnant?!" Rain said.

"Since when?!" Angel added.

"Since September...it's along story."

A teasing smirk danced on Angel's lips, "You married him in secret, didn't you? And got pregnant right after."

I only nodded, she just smiled.

"But you're so big already and it's only December. Are you having twins?" Rain said again.

"Oh no, just one. I couldn't handle two in there, not with how fast she's growing."

"Wow...is it because she's half human and vampire?"

"Yeah, she's going to grow faster than normal. Which is okay, my Mom was the same way with me and my sisters."

"Aren't you nervous?" Angel said again.

"Of course, it's my first time being a Mom and I've got Taehyung with me."

"What about his brothers? Did you all come to terms with each other?"

"We did. So, I have them my Mom and Lydia."

And Desiree...

Their eyes went wide again, I just nodded and they shook their heads in shock.

"Wow, Lydia? What made her change?" Angel asked.

"I don't exactly know but I think she finally saw through my Dad and couldn't do it anymore."

"Good for her at least she did. Guess Desiree still refuses, huh?" Rain said.

"Actually...no. She kind of changed at the last minute too."

"Are you kidding me? Her too?"

"She didn't go to prison like my Dad did but she does have to do community service, then she'll be able to see her niece when she is born."

"Wow, damn."

"Tell me about it."

"Alright, since you're now pregnant Lilith...Did you come here for maternity leave?" Angel said.

"Yes, is that possible?"

She smiled, "I'm your manager, so I'll give it to you. But, you better come and visit after you have her. I wasn't kidding when I said we miss you around here."

I smiled, "I will, thanks Angel." and hugged her.

She hugged me back as Rain gave me a quick one too, pulled back and two voices came booming into the building. We all turned as Angel let me go, put her hands on her hips and Rain stood next to her, I hung my head.
