The next day, a shirtless Jonny, wearing his boxer briefs, lays in my bed, underneath the plush lavender bedcover.

I'm sitting on my windowsill cushion, watching him sleep.

He gently stirs in bed and wakes up and looks at me. He gently sits up sideways. "Hey, V."

"Hey, Jonny." I greeted him back with a small smile.

"Were you watching me sleep?" Jonny asked me with a small smile. "Because that's creepy?"

I chuckle softly to myself and so does he.

"I like to watch you sleep sometimes, it calms me." I said to him.

"After all this time, you still have insomnia." Jonny said to me.

"Yeah, I would've thought I'd gotten over it, but it's apart of me." I said to him.

Jonny gently sits up straight with the plush lavender bedcover covering the lower half of his body. "What's really going on with you, Violet? You can unload on me, that's why I'm here for you."

"It's Eleanor Reese." I tell him. "She's the monster that you can't get rid of. She made my life and you guy's life's, a living nightmare."

"Violet? I can't even imagine what you been through with Eleanor Reese while you were at Oak Valley. She found a wound on you and she continued to press on it and added salt to the wound. She wanted you to retaliate against her. But you didn't." Jonny said to me.
