**Keiko and Dee Dee**: Known as the Jokers "Clown Princesses Of Chaos",

Keiko and Dee Dee are two sisters whose adoration for the Joker has turned into a twisted apprenticeship. Both are gifted with a lethal blend of agility, skill, and a penchant for chaos.

**Backstory**:

Keiko and Dee Dee grew up on the fringes of Gotham's society, in a household where laughter was rare and joy even rarer. They found solace in each other and in the tales of Gotham's most infamous clown prince of crime. To them, the Joker wasn't a villain; he was a symbol of freedom from the mundane, a beacon of unapologetic individuality.

As they grew older, their fascination evolved into obsession. They began to emulate the Joker's mannerisms and philosophy, seeing him as the ultimate mentor in their quest for identity. It wasn't long before their antics caught the attention of the Joker himself. Amused and intrigued, he took them under his wing, honing their natural agility and teaching them the art of unpredictability and terror.

**Keiko**:

The elder sister, Keiko, is the more methodical of the two. She is a master of psychological warfare, using her sharp wit and knowledge of the human psyche to manipulate and disorient her opponents. Her fighting style is precise and calculated, often using her opponents' strengths against them.

**Dee Dee**:

The younger sister, Dee Dee, is the embodiment of unpredictability. Her movements are erratic and wild, making her an unpredictable fighter. She has a penchant for explosives and revels in the chaos they create. Her laughter, much like the Joker's, sends chills down the spines of Gotham's citizens.

**Costumes**:

Their costumes reflect their personalities and their allegiance to the Joker. Keiko's attire is more structured, with tactical elements hidden within its flamboyant design, while Dee Dee's outfit is more chaotic and colorful, with patches and designs that mirror her impulsive nature.

Together, Keiko and Dee Dee are a formidable pair, their actions driven by a desire to create chaos and prove themselves as the rightful heirs to the Joker's legacy. They view Batman and his allies not just as enemies, but as canvases on which to paint their madness, a challenge to their artistry in chaos.

Rain pelted the grimy Gotham streets, the city cast in shadows as night descended. Perched on a gargoyle atop Gotham National Bank, Batman scanned the streets below, his cape billowing in the wind. His grappling gun sat ready at his hip, prepared for whatever chaos the night would bring.

A flicker of movement caught his eye. Across the street, lithe figures slipped through the alley’s darkness. Batman’s eyes narrowed as he made out their costumes—harlequin style bodysuits, one in red and black, the other green and purple. His jaw clenched. New players.
