Just Me and You

It was a beautiful day in adventure bay. The pups were outside playing hide and seek with the seeker being Chase. In order for it to be fair, they put a sock on Chase's nose so he couldn't smell them.

"Ready or not here I come" yelled Chase. Chase began searching for the pups. He went around the lookout searching every spot he could think of, in which he found 4 of the pups. Those four were Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, and Skye. There was on left, Marshall. Marshall usually was the first one found but not this time. The pups searched every but couldn't figure out where the dalmatian could be, till he hit them. They haven't checked his pup house. They went to his pup house and sure enough there he was.

"What took you so long pups?" Asked Marshall. "We didn't expect you to hide in your pup house, usually you hide in a bush all the time" replied Chase. "Well, I wanted to change it up, but I ran out of time and hid in my pup house," said Marshall. "Well looks like Marshall wins!" Replied Skye. "Wait I won?" Asked Marshall tilting his head to the side. "You were the last one found, that's how hide and seek works so yea you won." Said Chase. "Woo I usually never win, I'm always the first one found." Yelled Marshall. "Not this time buddy, so you guys want to play another round?" Asked Chase. "Yeah" Yelled all the pups. "Alright let's go" said Chase with all the pups following that is expect Marshall." I will join you guys in a second I gotta do something first." Said Marshall. "Okay Marshall we will be in the back yard when you're done." Said Rocky.

Once the pups left Marshall sat there a minute waiting for the pups to leave his view. Once they did, he called someone on his pup tag. "Hey Marshall!" Said the pup. "Hey Everest." Replied Marshall. "What are you calling about, did something happen?" asked Everest. "No, I just wanted to talk to you since we haven't seen each other in a while." Said a blushing Marshall. "Aww that's sweet you want to talk to me!" Said Everest also blushing a little. "Do you mind if I come over and you know h-hang out with y-you." Asked Marshall looking away to hide his blush. "I don't have a problem with it, I would love for you to come over." Said Everest. "Okay I will be there soon bye Everest!" Said Marshall. "Bye Marshall" said Everest hanging up. Marshall turned his pup house into his fire truck and started heading towards Jakes Mountain.

Location: Jakes Mountain

"Jake, Marshall is coming over, is that alright?" Asked Everest. "Thats fine by me, I'm heading into town for a while you two have fun just not too much fun I'm not ready to have puppies running around yet." Teased Jake. "Jake!" Yelled and embarrassed Everest. "I'm just teasing you Eve, anyways I will be back later, have fun and be good." Said Jake walking out the door.

Everest waited a few minutes before hearing a knock on the door. When see opened it she saw what she was waiting for, Marshall. "Hey Everest!" Said Marshall. "Hey Marshall, come in." Everest said while letting Marshall in. "Where's Jake?" Asked Marshall. "He went into town for a little, so it's just me and you." Said Everest. "So, what you want to do Everest?" Asked Marshall. "How about we watch a movie?" suggested Everest. "Good idea, but what movie?" Asked Marshall. "I have one." Said Everest grabbing the movie and putting in the DVD player. They both sat down and began watching the movie.

During the movie Everest started falling asleep as a result she ended up laying her head on Marshall's shoulder. Marshall blushed when she did this but stayed still and let her sleep. After the movie the movie Marshall checked the time seeing it was 10 pm so he went to call Ryder. So, he gentle set Everest down on the couch.

"Hey Marshall, where are you?" Asked Ryder. "I'm at Jakes, I went to go see Everest and hangout and I guess I lost track of time." Said Marshall. "No worries it's fine, but you should stay there for the night there's a huge snowstorm heading are way and it's not safe for you to be out there." Said Ryder in a serious voice." What about Jake? Didn't he go into town?" Questioned Marshall. "He did but he's at the lookout with us so it's going to be just you and Everest for the Night." Said Ryder." Alright Ryder." Said Marshall. "It's getting late you should get some sleep, goodnight, Marshall. "Goodnight Ryder." Said Marshall hanging up.

Marshall's POV:

Looks like I'm stuck here for the night. It's not all that bad though, Everest is here with me. Wait I'm struck here with EVEREST!? I feel like I'm going to pass out. Stay calm Marshall she it's just Everest, the most beautiful pup to ever walk the earth. 

"Marshall you, okay?" I snap out of thought to see Everest looking at me confused. "I'm fine Everest" I said." I thought you were sleeping." " I was but I woke up because I heard you talking to someone." She replied. "Oh, it was just Ryder he said a snowstorm was heading towards adventure bay and I should stay here. And don't worry Jake is at the lookout so it's going to be just me and you." I replied. "Oh, alright." Said Everest. "We should probably go to bed it' getting late" I said. What she said next made me blush like crazy. "Can I sleep with you?" She said looking at the ground. I swear I could she her blushing, but I Ignored it. "W-what, wh-why?" I shuttered out. "Well... I most of the time I sleep with Jake but since he's not here, c-can I sleep with y-you?" she asked. "S-sure". "T-thanks." She replied. Everest got a blanket while we both jumped on the couch, and she threw it over both of us. We were so close I feel her fur touching mine. Am I Dreaming? Please tell me I ain't dreaming. "Goodnight, Marshall" she said. "Goodnight Everest" I replied. 

End of POV:

Morning rolls around and Marshall is finally starting to wake up. Marshall tries to get up but feels something blocking him from getting up. When he looks to see what's blocking him, he became a tomato. While there were sleeping Everest started to cuddle with Marshall by putting her head on his shoulder and wrapping her paws around him. Marshall, not wanting to wake her up sat there until she woke up. When Everest woke up, she felt something in her paws. She looked to see she was hugging Marshall. She Let go of him blushing madly.

"S-Sorry Marshall, Jake says I tend to cuddle in my sleep." Said the still very red Husky. "Y-you fine E-Everest, I actually l-liked it." Said a blushing Marshall. "Y-you did?" Asked Everest. "Y-yea." Said Marshall. Everest finally got the courage to show him how she feels about him. "Ho-how about this?" Asked Everest. Before Marshall could say a word Everest kissed him. Marshalls Eye widened in shock. His crush, the love of his life, Everest was kissing him. She pulled away before he could react and just smiled at him. "So....did you l-" before she could finish Marshall pulled her close and kissed her. After a while Everest started to kiss back. After they broke, they just stared at each other lovely. After a while Marshall decided to break the silence. "So, what do want to do now my love?" Asked Marshall. "I don't really care, as long as it's just me and you."
