No One Compares To You

Ever since Chase and Skye became mates Marshall and Chase hung out less. Marshall tried hanging out with the others but, eventually they all got mates and didn't have time for the Dalmatian. This left the Dalmatian to play on his own. That was until Everest came to visit for a few months while Jake was away. She was the only other paw patrol member who didn't have a lover. Which was great for Marshall considering he had a massive crush on the husky. They would hang out with each other while the others were on dates with their mates. Every time they hung out their relationship grew stronger to the point where they both had fallen head over heels for each other. Marshall decided it was finally time to tell her how he felt. To say he was nervous would be an understatement, he felt that if she didn't like him their friendship would be over. But he pushed that thought to the back of his head and went for it.

"Hey Everest?" Asked Marshall. "Yeah Marshall?" replied Everest. "Can I ask you a question?" he asked. "Sure, you can ask me anything Marsh." she replied. "Do you l-like anyone?" he asked. Everest froze, she didn't know what to do. Should she tell him the truth and risk their friendship or lie and get out of it. She didn't want to lie to her crush, so she decided to tell the truth.

"Y-yes" Everest said. "Who?" He asked hoping it was him. "Please don't be m-mad, promise me it won't ruin are friendship" she shuttered. This left Marshall confused but he agreed.

"Well...... It's you, Marshall I'm in love with you." She said while turning away from him. Marshall felt his heart start pounding faster than it ever has. "M-Me why m-me? " He asked.

"Marshall you're the nicest, bravest, funniest and let's not forget most handsome pup I've ever met. You make me happy when I'm around, you're the only person I felt this feeling around. Your personality is what made me fall for you cause you Marshall, are the pup I've always dreamed of. "She replied. Marshall was speechless. Everest saw this and got nervous, she for sure that he was going to reject her, and she was waiting for it.

" I love you to Everest" He finally said. Everest looked at him shocked. "Y-you do. I thought you liked Skye or Ella, not me." She replied. "How could I like them when there's this beautiful, funny, nice and brave husky sitting next to me. It was always you I fell for. No one else compares to you Eve, that's why I love you." they stared deeply into each other's eyes full of love. They started getting closer until their lips touched in a deep kiss. They both wanted this for so long and they finally got it. They kiss lasted me than a minute, once they separated, they continued staring at each other for what felt like forever. The two pups were so in love with each other that the world could end, and they wouldn't notice. After a while Marshall decided to speak.

"Does that mean you'll be my Mate" He asked. "Of course, Marshy I love you so much." "I love you too Eve." They leaned forward for another kiss. After they broke the kiss, they began cuddling together, happy to be a couple. They fell asleep cuddling with each other.

A few hours go by, and Marshall is woken up by the sound of footsteps. When he lifts his head up and looks around, he sees the other pups staring at them.

"Uh hey guys" he said. "How long have y'all been there" He asked. "Long enough" Chase replied. "I can't believe y'all are together, you two are SOOO cute together," said Skye. The others nodded in agreement. This caused Marshall to Blush.

"Can't believe you actually did its Marsh, I'm proud," said Chase. "Thanks Marshall replied. Everest got woken up by all the talking going on and was confused to see all the other pups standing around them.

" What's going on Marshy" She replied. "They all saw us cuddling and decided to watch us" he said Blushing also causing Everest to blush. They others asked if they wanted to play tag to which Evershall agreed. They played tag for an hour before it was time to eat. After dinner the pups went to their respective pup house. Everest on the other hand decided to sleep with her new mate in which Marshall didn't have a problem with. She followed him into his pup house and shut the door. They hopped on his bed and cuddled into one other.

"This was great Marshall, I'm really glad we're mates now" she said. "Yeah, me too" Replied Marshall. "I still don't get why you like me thought, I'm just a dumb husky." She said. "Don't ever say that, Eve. You're not dumb your smart and beautiful Eve." He said Which earned a kiss from Everest. "That's why I love you" she Said. "I love you too, like I said earlier....
