NOCO ONESHOTS!!

Midnight Laughs (Noah's PoV)

I was sitting in the living room, reading a book, while my golden retriever was sleeping on my lap, and one of my older sisters, Max. She was watching an action movie, i don't know, not my interest. I just sat there, reading my book, until my phone vibrated. I took my phone out of my pocket and checked it. I had 4 messages, two from Owen talking about his vacations, one from Izzy manifesting Noco or something, and one from Cody. What did Cody want? He usually texts me during the day, not at night.

~Gap/Bookworm~

Gap: heyyy Noah...

Bookworm: What do you want?

Gap: um... could you come over to my house?.. im all alone for the next 2 weeks... an theres a thunderstorm tonight..

Bookworm: What? Are you afraid of thunder or something?

Gap: ...

Bookworm: Fine. Whatever, i'll be there in 10.

Gap: omg thank youuu!!

Well that's just great.. the Code-meister afraid of thunder. I do know how to deal with people who are afraid of thunder, due to my younger cousin being afraid of thunder too, but he's autistic, so it makes sense. I don't think Cody is autistic, so he's either a wimp, or has severe childhood trauma, which i don't think its the case, cause' he's always so cheerful and happy.

I woke my golden retriever up, and made her get off of my lap, to get up, and go to my room and pack my bag. If Cody was afraid of thunder, that means i would have to stay the night at his, so in my bag i packed my pj's, a blanket, some snacks i could eat, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a hair brush, some money just in case, and, the most important thing, two books. I then took my bag and went back downstairs, taking my car keys before i leave.

"Where are you going?" Max asked me.

"To a friends house. I will be staying there for the night"

"Oh alright, make sure to text mom letting her know where you are going to be, i don't want to be responsible for that, and stay safe. Love you!"

"Yeah, whatever. Love you too..."

I took the house keys, and left, locking up the house. My sister Max, was going to be alone with her daughter who was sleeping, and with Amber, my golden retriever, but she's an adult and knows how to defend herself, so she'll be fine. Plus, mom comes home from work at 12 am, so she won't be alone for too long. I opened my car, and placed my bag on the passengers seat, and sat on the drivers seat, turning on the car. Before i made my way to Cody's, i took my phone and texted mom i was going to be staying over. She texted back saying it was fine as long as i came back home in one piece. I proceeded to make my way to Cody's.

After a few minutes i arrived to Cody's place. His house was pretty near, and there was no traffic, so i got here pretty quickly. I got off, and took my bag, making my way up to his door. I knocked 3 times before he answered me pretty quickly. I can tell he was excited to see me, because as soon as he opened the door and saw me, his eyes lit up. I could see he was shaking a bit, probably because of the could, or maybe anxiety. 

"Hey Noah!!" He greeted me happily.

"Hi... i brought some clothes 'cause i know you and you are going to make me stay over." I informed.

"Oh how wonderful!! that's totally cool!!" He said, relived. 

He then let me in, then closing the door. It thundered after he closed the door, and i noticed him jump. Wimp.

"Okay, Cody, what the heck?"

"Sorry... i'm just really afraid of thunder, gives me anxiety..." Cod answered.

I sighed, as i knew were this was going. I made my way to his couch, sat down, and pat the spot right next to me.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Come here..."

He looked surprised, and then nodded. I was going to take out the blanket i had brought with me, but i saw one on the couch, so i took that one instead, and wrapped it around us. Due to my cousin also being afraid of thunders, i know how to deal with this situation.

"Don't worry, my younger cousin is also afraid of thunders, i know how to deal with this situation. We could watch movies in the meantime, until the storm calms down." i said, reassuring Cody.

I grabbed the remote control and put on Home Alone, since it was near Christmas. I felt Cody scoot closer to me, kind of like cuddling with me? I don't know, but it made me feel happy, Cody is just, cute. Only 10 minutes into the movie and i got bored, so i grabbed one of my books. I quickly looked at Cody, without him noticing. He was paying very close attention to the movie, like if he had never seen Home Alone before, and i have to admit, that is adorable. 

Halfway through the movie, it thundered again, loudest on yet. This made Cody jump, and get closer to me, literally almost on top of me. He was shaking even more then before. Oh god, now i have to calm him down... i was not one to comfort, but i did not want Cody on top of me, not in this situation.

"Cody, calm down, the thundering won't hurt you..." I reassured

I then proceeded to place my hand around him. I would do this with my cousin, to calm him down, but Cody flinched. That was weird, like, what the fuck? i'm trying to comfort you?!

"Now what's wrong?.." I asked, annoyed.

There was silence for a brief moment, before he gave me the most awkward smile. I was going to say something, but then i thought about something. I was resting my hand on his side, maybe he's ticklish.

"Are you... ticklish?" i asked once again.

He quickly shook his head, denying it. Stage one, denial. I did not believe him one bit, and placed my hands on his sides. I harden my grip a bit, to not let him escape.

"Hmm... i think i'll test that theory."

I started tickling his sides, and he started laughing, and squirming, tears forming on his eyes from laughter. He's cute like this, i like this side of his. I chuckled to myself seeing him like this, and unintentionally smiled.

"N-NOAH S-STOP IT, PLEASE IT TICKLES!!" Cody said in between laughs.

I continued tickling him for a few minutes, before letting him go. When he sat up, he glared at me. One thing is for sure, i don't regret anything. His face made me chuckle a bit.

 "Wow, didn't know you were this ticklish. It's kind of cute, and your laughs too."

I then saw him blush a bit, probably out of embarrassment.

"And... if it makes you feel any better, you totally forgot about the loud thundering while being tickled." I said, reminding him he had forgot about the thunders.

He looked around, seeing how the really loud thundering had calmed down. He then looked back at me, and smiled at me, showing my cute tooth gap. I can tell i'm blushing, due to the heat on my face. I do hope he doesn't notice...

"Thank you..."

"No problem Gap..."
