NOCO ONESHOTS!!

Exhausted

-This was requested by two readers! I found it a wonderful idea and decided to do so!

-NoCo married AU. They adopted to beautiful children, a boy and a girl.

It was a normal day, a Friday, like any other, except that somehow, for Cody and Noah, it was not at the same time.

Noah was going to be stuck at his work all day, while Cody stayed home and took care of the kids. The kids babysitter called in sick, so Cody had to stay home for a few days. Noah left the house at 5 am to arrive to his job on time, meanwhile, Cody got woken up by his kids. He didn't want to wake up so early, but he already did. He got up from his bed and went to the kitchen, preparing breakfast for his children to send them off to school.

Once the kids were sent to school, Cody grabbed his laptop and started his work online, to at least receive his pay of the day. He didn't want to do this anymore, he was tired of doing the same thing everyday. It got tiring, but he would do it for his family. Only difference was that today he was working from his house, which he'd rather do everyday if it didn't mean not receiving enough money. Cody hated his boss, how he would flirt with him constantly, offering a bigger payment if he'd hook up with him. He did consider this once, as a way to be able to pay his rent on time, but refused, knowing that he was married to Noah, not wanting to cheat on him.

Some hours passed, and Cody was starting to find it hard to stay awake. Him and Noah barely sleep, and today was just not it for Cody. He closed the laptop, finishing up his work, and laying on the bed. He felt his eyes get heavy, and soon he had black-out.

Noah was calmly working, when he received an unexpected call. He picked up the phone and answered the call.

(Noah is bold)

"Hello, are we speaking with Mr. Sterecra?"

"Yes, you are."

"Okay, good, this is the school secretary calling."

"The school secretary? Did something happen with Skyler or Tommy?"

"Yes, but no? We called to informed you that your children are still at our school and their is no sign of their other parent. We tried contacting Cody Anderson, but there was no sign of him."

Noah looked at the clock. It was almost 4, at his kids school ends at 3:05 pm. He panicked, worried about his kids, and worried if Cody was okay.

"Don't worry, I'll pick my kids up now."

"Thank you."

With that, Noah ended the call. He got up and went up to his manager, explaining his situation. She understood and let him leave early. Within a few minutes, he got to his kids school and picked up his kids. They were now on there way to their house. Noah was worried sick for Cody, trying to figure out what could have happened to him. They arrive to their house, and Noah told the kids to head to their room and play for a bit. They obeyed, and Noah headed to Cody's room, and saw his husband peacefully sleeping. He sighed, knowing that he was okay. He went up to his sleeping husband and saw that he had dark circle under his eyes. This made him worried sick, knowing he wasn't getting much rest. He cleared his hair away from his forehead and planted a kiss on Cody's forehead.

"Oh Cody..."

"Dad? Is papa okay?..."

Noah looked at the door to see Skyler and Tommy on the entrance of the room, both hugging  their stuffed animals. Noah smiled lightly as he signaled for them to walk over to him. The children did as they were told, and got up on the bed, sitting on the edge.

"Papa is okay, he is just a little exhausted from overworking himself. What do you two say we all sleep here together with papa?"

Skyler's and Tommy's eyes lit up, nodding as they made their way in between Cody and Noah. Noah tucked the kids under the covers and kissed their forehead. Both kids fell asleep instantly while he was getting comfortable himself.

"Sleep well my darlings.."

Cody was the first to wake p in the morning. It was very early, around 6 am. He tried getting up, but he felt some arks around his body, hugging him. He looked to the side to see Skyler, Tommy and Noah sleeping while they all cuddled. A smile creeped on his face, hard to avoid. He hugged them back, getting warm under the covers again.

"What did I do to deserve this amazing family..."

Sorry I took so long to post this, kind of forgot I was doing this, due to being concentrated on my other new story and school! But i finished cooking and feed you guys now! Also there's probably some grammar mistakes here so don't mind that :']
