It's been some time since Emma got divorced. She lives with her best friend, Vince, in NYC. Emma goes through a series of events that she will remember forever.
Its 4pm, at a downtown sushi restaurant. Vince, Emma, and Barry had just finished their meal. Barry offered to pay and of course the duo accepted.
Emma and Vince left before Barry because they had plans they couldn't be late for.
Barry sat there for a moment, finishing his drink and waiting for the check.
He was sitting at the table when a man approached him.....
It was Isaac.... Barry tried to be calm and polite, but it wasn't easy.
"So..." Isaac paused "Youre Emmas new boyfriend hm?"
Barry thought for a second... They weren't really dating yet... But he nodded anyway.
Isaac rolled his eyes at this and scoffed in a douchey manner.
"Well," he started, "Just so you know, this thing you have," he waved his hands around "Its not gonna last."
Barry stood there cringing and confused. He didn't say anything and waited for him to explain.
"Emma belongs with me, and you know it. Shes madly in love with me. She just doesn't know it yet.... So. Have fun while it last.." Isaac smirks and walks away as he puts on a pair of sunglasses.

Barry couldn't believe this. He just stood there snickering to himself. What is this guys problem? They went on ONE date and he's acting like a crazy ex boyfriend.

"Ya'll need to get a restraining order on that man." The waiter handed him his check.
Barry payed and gathered his belongings and left the restaurant. He considered texting Emma about this, but he knew she was busy with Vince. So he decided to wait until the next time he saw her.
