Karishma stopped near the gate while Haseena came in front of her..... Karishma took two steps back as she was aware of the foul smell her clothes were spreading.

Both their eyes met and locked for a brief moment of time.

The moment Haseena looked into karishma's eyes , the emptiness in her eyes seemed deprived of love, it made haseena shiver a little, the sound of typewriter brought them back while Haseena said..... I am sorry on behalf Of Ammi.

It's ok, karishma replied out of hollowness.

Aap thk hain?...... Haseena couldn't resist herself from asking after noticing something unusual.

" Your Jazbaat isn't bliss when it comes to your personal life, it's foolishness," Ammi said and walked away before haseena even had a chance to react.

Haseena looked at the retreating figure of her mother and noded her head in negation while her words rankled as she drove towards her destination.

Without giving it much attention she went straight to take shower and came back after few minutes finally getting rid from the stench.

She took out the First Aid box and looked for the crepe bandage to tie around her ankle but on not finding one she pushed it far.

It's been more than 30 hours since she had something, as a result her headache peaked, it had already travelled halfway across her skull, producing a sickening nauseating feeling due to the emptied stomach...

She took a glass of water and gulped down in one go, her stomach was groaning under the stress they were subjected to..... She quickly glanced into the vegetable tray which was full of veggies along with the shoots of spring onion, obviously kept by Tara maa, it had been long since she started making her own food so Tara was assigned the duty of bringing vegetables for both the houses separately,

she moved her hand to the left and took out the boxes of spices from the top drawer while lumbered to her feet, ripples of pain shot through her ankle making her winch a little
