M Is For...

Chapter 1

It's the 1st of September, your first day at college at Hogwarts is about to start. you don't know anyone yet but can't wait to meet everyone. You already know your house, Slytherin, so you decide to go to your dorm first before you go out and discover the castle. You take the stairs down to the dungeons and arrive at the common room door. Mrs. McGonagall gave you a note with the password on it. "Basilisk", the door opens.

You get inside and are met with the most beautiful living area you have ever seen. The room is decorated with dark green and silver items and there is a fireplace that warms the place up. You look around for the staircases down to the dorm rooms. The note also says what room you have. You go down and look around for room 13. After a few minutes of searching, you have finally found it. You can hear music coming from inside. As you open the door you see a girl lying on one of the two beds. She lowers the music and says:"Hi, my name is Pansy, you must be my roommate?" "Hi, yes, I'm Y/N. Nice to meet you!" The two of you have some small talk as you start unpacking your stuff and put everything away. "What did you pick as your main course?" Pansy asks. "Defence Against the Dark Arts. What about you?" "I was debating whether I should pick DADA or Potions, so I went with Astronomy instead." Pansy answers, and both of you giggle.

"I haven't seen you here before, I assume you went to another school?" Pansy asks as she gets up to grab a jacket from her closet. "Yes, I actually went to a Muggle school my whole life. I was adopted by Muggles when I was 8. I've learned everything I know about magic from an old family friend but wanted to learn more, so here I am!" You answer as Pansy puts her jacket on. "Oh wow, grab your coat, you can tell me more about that on the way." "Where are we going?" You ask as you put on your jacket hastily. "I have some people I'd like you to meet." Pansy says, and the two of you are out the door."

"Hey Enzo, where are you guys?" Pansy is on the phone with some guy as the two of you go upstairs towards the Great Hall. "I'll be there in a minute, I've got a surprise with me so you guys better behave yourselves." She hangs up and puts her phone away. "You will love them. I mean, they can be a lot, but you'll love them. And boy will they love you." You can't wait to meet them. Pansy and you arrive at the Great Hall entrance, and you take a deep breath before going in. "Where are they... Oh! Theo, Blaise!" Pansy shrieks and runs towards a group of 5 guys and hugs them one by one. "I've missed you guys so much, feels like I haven't seen you in ages," she says as she straightens herself. "It's been like 3 months," one of the guys says with an unamused face. "I think I missed you the most, Tommy." Pansy says as she squeezes his cheek. He swats her hand away and rolls his eyes. "Damn, I thought I was your favourite..." a platinum blond guy says with a pouted lip. "Come on, Draco. We all know she loves me the most," a tall guy with brown curls says as he goes and stands next to Pansy and puts his arm around her. "Oh, yes I do." Pansy says and kisses him. "Get a room." a guy with dark skin and a buzz cut says.

"Y/N, these are Enzo, Draco, Tom, Blaise, and Theo." She points to each one of the guys as she names them. "Guys, this is Y/N. She's one of us now." Pansy says and puts her arm around you. The boys and you greet each other with smiles. "Hey Tom, where is our little princess?" Pansy asks as she looks at him with his straight face. "He will be here in a minute; he had to make a phone call." Tom answers. "Hey Pansy, where is the bathroom?" you ask. "Out in the hall on your left," she answers and directs you a little. "I'll be right back." you say and go to the hall.

You walk to the bathroom but bump into a guy as he gets out of the men's room. "Shit. I'm sorry. Are you alright?" He looks at you with the most beautiful brown eyes you have ever seen. "Yeah, I'm fine. No worries." You answer a little flustered. The two of you look at each other for a while before he introduces himself. "My name is Mattheo, by the way..." he says with a small, crooked smile. "Hi... Oh, right, my name is Y/N. Nice to meet you..." you say as you pull yourself together. "The pleasure is all mine. Maybe we'll bump into each other again sometime?" He says smiling and winks at you. "Definitely" you answer, and you part your ways.
