Chapter 8 - Unfocused and Unprepared...

Y/n wakes up the next morning, expecting to feel the warmth and weight of Margot's body but saddened to find an empty space. He shifts in response, scanning around the room for any trace of her, then his eyes fall on his bedside table and the note left next to it. It reads...

"What a night.
I didn't want to wake you.
Text me later."

What a night indeed. He gets up and begins his morning routine, sluggishly stretching his sore muscles and listening out for Nate ... the sound of nothing means he thankfully still isn't home.

Margot sits in her car, her hair let down as it hangs on her shoulders, slightly covering the lovely plaid sheath dress she wears. She sits alert, as her assistant and publicist lecture her through today's agenda. She is however quite unfit for what events today holds, given that the only thing she can think about is last night.

Her publicist sits to the left of Margot, a computer balanced on her knees as she rapidly types. While the assistant sits to the right of Margot, showing her the list on an ipad.

"So we have a girl from Fandango coming in, Enews, MUCH..." Her assistant informs, a middle aged woman who's hand scrolls through the ipad. Margot glances at the screen and her assistants lips which move but create no sound, for Margot's mind drifts off, thoughts of Y/n corrupt her mind, the feeling of his body consuming her, their passion and heat last night making her slightly shiver as her body reminisces.
Finger snaps from her assistant flutter Margot's eyes and bring her back. The assistant puts her Ipad down and puts her hand on Margot's.

"Are you okay?" She queried with a raised eyebrow.

Margot nods with a slight smile.

"Yes, sorry." She replies, gulping down the last of her body's shivers. "Just tired."

The assistant frowns as she cups both of Margot's hands and locks eyes with her.
"Look, honey," She says, aiming to comfort and reassure Margot. "today will be easy, no driving across the city, no audiences, we should be finished well before five. Just make it through today and then you can rest for the next week." A small smile beaming from her face.

Margot nods once more, signalling that she is now content. "Thank you Charlotte."
Charlotte pulls away, discreetly glancing at Margot to confirm that she's feeling better.

Margot can really act. Who would've thought.

Maida Vale High School

AN - YAY I GAVE IT A NAME! Also this is a random high school I found.

Isn't a prestigious school by any means, sure it's privately owned, strict on uniform and a few other things but it stood out to Y/n because of its community feel and interaction in the classrooms. Y/n has a classroom all to himself and given that he primarily teaches 11 to 14 year olds, he doesn't have to deal with snobby eggy teenagers, other than a few such as Lola.

It is Y/n's first day back since the accident and he's been welcomed warmly, lots of students and fellow teachers greeting him. He'll likely get questions on where he's been and why he's limping around with a Moon Boot on. He expects it and looks forward to telling his students all about it, minus the whole 'film star girlfriend' thing. He marches through the hallways with his bag full of work supplies and his own food around his shoulders.

His first lesson of the day coincidentally is with the same students he taught before his accident. His stage 3, 13 year old, English class.
He's in a bit of a rush however, class started a few minutes ago.
