Deku POV-

when we got back to the Recon Vehicle the others tried to question us but we couldn't look at any of them. Kiri and Mina were extremely worried about Kachan. Kiri was his best friend after me and he was never this quiet. 

the only sign that either of us were showing of life was the fact that we were staying close to each other, holding hands and Kachan was leaning his head on my shoulder as Ilda Drove us away from the laboratory. It was a big deal because Kachan rarely ever showed anyone physical affection, even me. they all could tell that something serious had happened and that if their two Mafia Leaders were scared of it then it was something to be feared.

We didn't go to dinner that night, and postponed the debrief meeting. we stayed in our room for a long time, both lying in my bed and holding onto each other. we both had a mutual understanding that we needed each other right now. I was about to fall asleep on Kachan's chest when I got a call on my work cell. 

"Shut that fucking thing off Izuku."

Kachan said bluntly and I sat up from our position and Picked up the cell. it was around 10:30 at night and I wondered who would have the balls to call me at this time of night. I picked up the call and growled.

"You better know who the fuck your speaking to and have a good reason."

"Myidoria?"

I froze at the voice, the fear I had never heard in her voice before. she was the most badass woman I knew and I wasn't used to hearing Kendo scared. I paused for a second before responding.

"Kendo?"

her voice was shaky and scared which immediately set me on guard. Twice in one day meant something was downright wrong.

"Myidoria, Nagant is here...she...she took out Monama."

I jumped out of bed and Kachan shot up, looking at me as I grabbed my gun and weapons off of the desk, clipping them into my Assasin uniform which I was still wearing from the Recon mission on The league. 

"Izuku? what is going on?"

I turned to him and put kendo on speaker phone so that we could hear her panicked breath as she ran along somewhere that we didn't know.

"Nagant just Took out Monama. shit, Kendo, where are you?!"

I said, pulling up my hood and grabbing my keys, Kachan Tried to grab his gun but I snapped at him.

"No! you are not coming!"

he looked taken aback but I sighed and my eyes softened. I placed my hand on his face gently as he looked at me , insulted.

"Look, this lady just took out the leader of the third most powerful Mafia in the city, I can not Lose you. This is my Kill, Trust me. I will come back to you."

he looked scared but nodded and pressed his cheek into my hand.

"You better nerd."

I smiled and Took the quickest route out of the building, the window of our room. I pulled it open and hopped out, falling into a back handspring and running to the car. Kendo was still on the line and hadn't answered my question.

"Kendo, where are you."

I started the car and rammed out of the parking lot as she gave me the address. I heard a door open in the distance and a car starting on the other line.

"I'm getting the fuck out of here, your the best assasin in the country, get rid of this bitch."

I grinned and chuckled as I Passed a bright red sports car coming from the direction of the address that she gave me and the red head looked at me through the window. I Could see tears streaming down her face as she zoomed away and I couldn't blame her. It would be like a assasin taking out Kachan with me standing in the room. I would be bawling my eyes out and I don't cry. Ever.
