"Oh...ew."

Heather skipped into the bullpen, a grin on her face. "Good morning." Heather says as she walks by, placing coffee cups on both Morgan and Spencer's table, the boy genius sending her a quick smile.

Heather put her coffee cup down, holding two more. "Question for you." Elle says as she walks over to them, Heather handing her a to-go cup causing the brunette woman to send a grateful smile her way.

"Shoot." Morgan says. "The footpath killer, why did he stutter?" Elle questions, this made Heather chuckle. "Come on, Elle, we've all asked him, and he won't say. He wants us to figure it out." Morgan says. "Yeah Ellie, it's exciting." Heather says as she takes a sip of her coffee.

"Okay. I'm up for a challenge." Elle says as she chuckles. "Good, because these go to you." JJ says as she walks over, Heather grinning at her friend. "Special agent Jennifer Jareau, JJ if you like." JJ says as she holds her hand out.

"Elle -" "Greenway-highest number of solved cases in Seattle 3 years running, specialty in sex offender cases." JJ says as Heather hands her the to-go cup. "Thanks Heathy." JJ says as she quickly hugs her friend, Heather grinning.

"Well, I'm the unit liaison. My specialty is untangling bureaucratic knots. You'll probably be talking to me a lot. My door's always open, mostly because I'm never in my office, so just call me on my cell, okay? We'll talk." JJ says as she walks up to Hotch, Heather smiling softly.

"You know I really hope we don't have a case, I was planning on doing shopping with Penny later." Heather says softly, this made Morgan chuckle. "BAU team, can you meet me in the conference room, please? I need to show you something." Hotch says, this made Heather groan, frowning as she walked towards the conference room.

"They were having a sale." Heather says, this made Elle wrap an arm around Heather, the blonde still pouting. When the woman took her seat in between Morgan and Spencer, she looked through the files.

"This is from the Phoenix office, Bradshaw College in Tempe, 6 fires in 7 months." Hotch says as Heather looks through the crime photos, her eyes scanning the words on the pages. "Who recorded it?" Gideon questions.

"A student with a digital camcorder. He was watching a fire in the building across from their dorm. The other person you'll see is his roommate, 20-year-old Matthew Rowland." JJ says as she clicks on the TV, Heather's eyes watching the screen firmly.

The woman listens as the two boys talk, the camera facing a burning building. "Is that the kid?" Heather questions, placing her palm into her hand. "Yeah, that's him." Hotch says, Heather has her eyes glued to the screen, when suddenly the boy by the door caught on fire.

His screams echoed in her ears, her eyes widening slightly. "Serial arson?" Heather questions, Spencer nodding. "Without a doubt." Gideon responds. "Wheels up in 30." Hotch says as Heather grabs her keys from her purse, looking at Spencer.
