"oh my God?!"
----
Heather wore a tight fitting pink long sleeved shirt, and a knee length black skirt as she sat in the conference room.
Spencer kept looking over at her every few moments, his eyes never leaving her face as Garcia started showing the slides.
"Last night, all 4 members of the Bennett family were killed in their home in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Jake and Sandra Bennett were the parents of Sammy, 11, and Kayla, 9." Garcia says, refusing to look at the gruesome images displayed on the screen.
"Agent Beeks in the Omaha field office called me. The previous night, the other family, the Archers, were killed just across the state line in Nebraska. He thinks it's the same offender." Hotch says.
"The M. O. is consistent. Both mothers died due to severe blunt-force trauma, and the fathers suffered multiple stab wounds." Morgan says as heather sifts through her file, a brow raised.
"The children were all strangled. Violence only in the kids' rooms, but no sexual abuse on any of the children. That's odd." Rossi says, Heather grimacing at the details of the Bennett father.
"Odd comes up right now, because the Bennett father was not just stabbed, he was also... And those pictures are in your personal files because I didn't think they needed the help of 1080p." Garcia says as she clicks out of the photos.
"Oh my God?! Okay, so his chest was opened, organs disturbed, intestines removed." Heather says, her lips curling in disgust.
"That's awesome. Could we please leave the gross part of the conversation for the plane?" Garcia shudders, Heather smiling sheepishly to her friend.
"Sorry Penny." Heather says as she shuts her file. "The father of the Archer family had multiple stab wounds but no dissection." Spencer says as he looks to the group.
"So he went from piquerism to this overnight?" Emily questioned in concern. "2 families in 2 days. He's on a spree." Rossi says.
"Wheels up in 30." Hotch says, the team separating. Heather held her keys up questioning towards Spencer who nodded with a grin.
When they got to Spencer's apartment, Heather waited outside. When Spencer walked back towards the car he saw Heather fixing her lip gloss in the mirror.
The man was entranced, the smile on her face, the crinkles in the corner of her eyes as her famous grin made an appearance. Her bright eyes that slowly regained their shine as she moved on.
But when the blonde woman turned, he shook himself from those thoughts. "Sorry!" Heather exclaimed as she unlocked her door, Spencer climbing in with his bag.
But as they drove back to the federal building, Spencer couldn't help but steal glances at her as she drove, humming along to the music playing from her CD's.
