They had arrived at the house. It was a pretty large house with one kitchen, two toilet bathroom first and second floor, good bonfire and finally, a three bedrooms on the second floor. Sherrinford already noticed oil on the floor and asked the wife if she knew something of this, she immediately tells them that the reason why she panicked is because of the oil on the door.

Xavier asked, "no one cleaned the oil up?"

Sherrinford responded with; "well obviously, no man can investigate something if evidence are cleaned. And guessing from the smell of the house, I say Mrs. Evans is living under someone's home. Is that right?"

Mrs. Evans immediately nodded and guide them directly at the room. Sherrinford notice the smell of oil around the room. there were three instruments around, and those are; violin, piano and a newly made guitar. The piano is leaked with little oil while the violin and guitar is filled with oil. Sherrinford also noticed papers that didn't get spilled by any oil at all.

Half an hour passed and they had just finished investigating. Sherrinford made a deduction. He claims that;

"Firstly, the oil seemed to be leading downstairs, the main door. Possibly it was suppose to burn this house to the ground in order to kill the family itself. But there's a key point that is missing, you said he returned home in fear, right? Then that he's being threatened. His only solution is to burn this house to the ground to make it look it's a death of his to escape, but he didn't, probably because of his mercy and love towards his wife that held him back so much. That's why he regretted tossing the oil around the house and just flee."

Mrs. Evans felt guilty and Xavier finally got Sherrinford's conclusion.

Sherrinford ordered Xavier to bring all of the notes and documents that Mr.Evans had left at the room, it might help something with his situation.

The three of them left the house and Mrs.Evans talked about how grateful she is for helping her find Oliver Evans. Then, out of blue, a man on a robe throws an active dynamite towards the door of the house.

Xavier saw this and pulled the two of them away. Sherrinford immediately chase after the man in a cloak while Xavier is picking up the notes. The house got caught on fire, and Mrs. Evans got stun by it.

Sherrinford however, is chasing the man on a robe with little to no plans. The man then leaps on a tall fence, Sherrinford follows. Then, while Sherrinford is chasing the man, the man collaborates with the people from the street. Sherrinford look at the place and he was stunned. It was the market place. A place full of people. Sherrinford took the hoody of everyone that wears a robe, but none of them were the suspect. Sherrinford got pissed and punched the wall.

After Sherrinford return, he saw Xavier comforting Mrs. Evans about the burning house. Again, Sherrinford felt guilty and looked away. The fire was so large that it needed the whole neighborhood to take the flames out.

They then moved somewhere safe that no man could ever come, unless you're an inspector. The interrogation room.

There, the three of them discuss the importance of the notes and why it involves the current situation of her husband. Sherrinford, no experience with piano whatsoever, decides to send a telegram to a talented friend.

There, they would investigate the "D" and the notes that Dr.Evans last use before he vanish
