Case 4 Chapter 1: A Walking Deadman

"Mr. Xavier" said by his assistant, "there's a murder going 'round in Whitechapel"
"Oh? Let's hear it" he replied.

"It appears to us that a prostitute was murdered and her body's organs are cut out. Wanna handle on this one, sir?"

"Well I'm afraid I'll refuse. I'm not stationed in whitechapel and we're currently busy looking for the shadow man, I forgot his nickna-"

"It is the shadow of the underworld." Sherrinford replied on the other side of the room while he's looking for autopsy on papers. The assistant nod and left the room. Xavier came close to Sherrinford and looked at his progress.

Xavier asked "any leads that we could use?"

"Not yet" he said, "but I want you to look at the 5 of these men's background."

Sherrinford handed 5 folders with different names on it.

Stanley brown
Jack robe
Jacquin small
Josh Garnett
David gusher

Xavier nodded and work his way. 3 days have passed and the two seems to be quite busy, working with the man's identity. Sherrinford looked everywhere, from prison locks, prison cells, prison doors, everything.

Sherrinford pin some maps, pictures, newspaper and fresh information through the wall and begun connecting everything. He worked for an hour, looking for the perfect "place" this man could stay. But even if he got some ideas, there's still bugs through his genius mind.

"Why..WHY!?" he cried, "If he managed to escape a high level prison of Scotland yard, then why does he let himself be capture when he fall into a small amount of coals? He can run faster than anyone in Scotland yard. So how?! There must be some hints he le– oh! I completely forgot, I should've interviewed every officer that was patrolling at the prison cell last week!"

Sherrinford asked for the records of whose in check during the man's grand escape. He then asked some officers to gather the 9 present officers that was patrolling the cells.

On the other side of our map, Xavier had already investigate 2 people. Jack robe and David rook.

Jack robe is a simple man that lived a simple life, his background did not involve himself with the underworld, nor any criminals. Same goes to David rook, an orphan at the very young age and made his way through the high society world. he's a young healthy and business minded man, and has a hobby of collecting different kinds of foods around the world. —Both were innocent. However, the remaining three got some history with the underworld.

Stanley brown is was a young Mexican sheriff that used to duel against pesty criminals. But, on a crimson night, his town was raided by some unknown crocks that almost kill the man. After quite some time, he ran so fast that nobody anticipate for his arrival. he took revenge and killed the gang. He then moved to London to start a new life, but he was immediately recruited by some nobles at the underworld.

Jacquin small was a young painter that sells his painting somewhere in London. He doesn't Earned much so he decides to go beneath the underworld to sell informations. Since he knows a little bit of martial arts himself, he made his way through the underworld.

Josh Garnett was a student in Oxford university when the lone wolf of mist bloom in light. Josh was having a hard time with his family so he decides to run away. His unbelievable intelligence and running skills made him a varsity to some countries. But because of his talent, he was recruited by many anonymous criminals.

Xavier tried going even further with the information but this is everything he can get.

On the other hand, Sherrinford asked the patrolling officers if they have seen the man talking to them. The officers didn't even heard anything from the criminal. When they tried looking back at the cell room, Sherrinford elaborates his deduce again.

"Listen carefully" he said, "look at the steel bars, strange isn't it? The bars looked crushed and lumpy by some unknown force. Secondly, look at the lock, he didn't picklock it or whatever, he destroys the inside of it, with some toothpick he possessed probably. Thirdly, look at the bed, it left some chocolate wrappers, meaning he got some addiction towards chocolate. Lastly, look at the floor. Odd, isn't it? There's not autopsy of any charcoal considering he was immediately put here after interrogation. And ofcourse, this place must smells like coal. Meaning, this man had escape with high intelligence"

The officers look closely at the evidence and saw that his deduce were right. Sherrinford used his magnifying glass and saw a plot hole. His eyes were wide open and ran towards Xavier's office
