chapter 9: Familiar faces Pt.1

Quick AN: so idk why but last chapter it didn't show me the pictures and they are probably there or they are not i give up trying to fix it anyway welp enjoy the next chapter.

The tournament in Kuoh was coming closer for Ei as the trainings of the kendo team got more fanatic as Ei insipered the team and under her leadership they got very good very quickly but most were suprised by the former captain Enji as she was the one who took most out of Ei's words and listened at full attention when she explained something striving to copy what Ei would show to perfection as she was sometimes seen after training doing more mock battles with Ei who smiled with pride every time the two would clash happy that she insipered Enji so much.

After the last training before the match against Kuoh that would allow the team to move to national finals and from there they could look to qualify for a tournament in Europe. Ei walked up to their coach "sensei I have a question" Ei began fiddling with her fingers nervously "what is it miss Bael" ms.Kazukima asked '"well i was wondering if my guardians could attend the match?" She asked shyly as the cheered was suprised at the request she wasn't expecting such a mundane question "of course they are families are always welcome and i would be happy to finally meet the ones you clearly admire so much" ms.Kazukima said softly as Ei bowed in gratitude and with that she began her way too the locker room.

"Enji-san could you help me with the suit?" Ei asked her vice captain who nodded as she first took off the helmet from her captain letting her purple hair fall free as she slowly undid the ties that kept the uniform she stepped back allowing Ei to slip out of it "say Bael-san how do you deal with your bra with one hand?" Enji asked as she blushed as Ei was well endowed for her age as Ei looked down she decided to show Enji "well i have a clip here" she said pointing to the front of her bra "and i put it on from the side by placing one side holding it in place with my arm whilst in the same with the otherside i then keep them there as i use my hand to clip them together" Ei explained as Enji nodded still blushing as Ei had decided to show step by step so she basicly had removed her bra for a moment before putting it back on casually after the explanation Ei changed into her school uniform and just asked Enji to button the cuffs around her wrist as the other hang loosley over her stump. After the girls got dressed Ei called everyone together for a last talk "alright team listen up" she began as Enji stood next to her as her vice captain "this is our final chance to advance to nationals and the volleybal team is already going international i say we cant let them be the only ones!" Ei shouted the last part as the team cheered "I've seen you all grow and i can say that im proud and honored to be your captain" Ei said smiling as the others smiled at the compliment "now rest and eat well tommorow we show what we are made of and that we will get that spot!" She called out "Yes Shogun!" The team cheered as Ei sweatdropped at the nickname it was so ironic and she despised Yae for suggesting it knowing full well what she was doing sadly for Ei it stuck...badly as she let out a sigh feigning disappointment she couldnt help a small smile gracing her lips oh she was ready for this as everyone else filed out she followed smiling as Yae joined her just done with her own practice both girls made their way home.

"My lord I have a request" Ei began as alex chuckled "Ei I've told you so many times please call me Alex but alright what is it?" He responded in amusement Ei would only formally adress him if she wanted something and wasnt sure if he would accept whilst he always agreed on what she asked so far he couldn't help but find it adorable "i wish for you and queen Esdeath to come watch the upcoming kendo match in Kuoh" Ei said with a blush eyes to the floor as Alex was suprised for a moment as Esdeath just hugged the girl from behind "we will gladly come to cheer you on" Esdeath said kissing the girls cheek tenderly Alex just pat her head "you don't even have to ask twice kid" he told her as Ei lit up in joy she nodded bowing again and running to her room to start packing her bag. When Ei left the room Esdeath and Alexander looked at each other and Alexander let out a sigh as Esdeath hugged him "you couldn't avoid them forever love" Esdeath spoke in his chest as he just hummed "i know but are we really ready for this?" He asked her "well knowing your sister she probably wont attend the tournament but the Sitri heiress as probably a place in the student council and seeing as it's national qualifying she probably will be there" Esdeath spoke up "hmm i suppose i can convince Sona to not mention it altough it would come with a hefty fine" he hummed as Esdeath chuckeld "there's the man i love" she spoke as she got on her tip toes and kissed his cheek before kissing him gently he softly returned the kiss as they both stood their savouring the moment before pulling apart "well then, Kuoh here we come" Alex spoke up.

This time much to Ei's relieve the group had walked to school seeing as they would be taking a bus and a plane after "Captain!" The moment Ei entered the school she was received under massive cheering making Esdeath and Alexander look at each other glad both girls were so well liked in the school as Ei and Yae shared their hellos with the rest of the crowd of students Alex and Esdeath were approached by ms.Kazukima "now this is a suprise its actually you Alexander Gremory is my favorite students guardian" the voice chuckled as Alex frowned and Esdeath gave the woman a death glare "actually its just Bael now but i can't say i recognize you" Alexander said as the woman chuckled "i would be suprised if you did the last time i saw you you were a babe in your mother's arms" the woman revealed as Alex frowned "i was there during your birth i was actually the first to hold you altough i thought you were dead when you were born" she admitted as Alex looked at her in schock ms.Kazukima looked in confusion "did your mother never tell you that before we handed you to her you were not responding?" She asked as Alex shook his head making Ms.Kazukima "we almost thought you were stillborn lady Bael looked almost devastated i remember it like it was yesterday" she revealed as Alexander took a moment to take in this information "anyway i came to the human world to teach and when i first heard Ei's last name i was skeptical it had to be a coincidence I told myself until she told me about her guardian i was still not entirely convinced but seeing you infront of me now makes everything clear" ms.Kazukima said with a soft smile "we should catch up soon maybe i was your first nanny when you werent clinging to your mother she chuckled as Alex got a flashback suddenly recognizing the woman in front of him he smiled gently "i would like that" he admitted and ms.Kazukima nodded in response before seeing it was time to go to the airport.

The hokkaido team and entourage got trough customs fairly easily as the group were dressed in the black school tracksuit as Ei and ms.Kazukima were on the side filling out the forms for the upcoming match Yae was chatting away with her friend Enji Alex and Esdeath shared a look moving to the side a bit as they waited by the gate Alex stood staring out the window as Esdeath was curled into him humming softly as Alex pulled her closer into him "ladies and gentlemen the flight to Kuoh had started boarding now we welcome you to the gate" an announcement came as he pressed a soft kiss to her head they followed the group to the plane as with that their journey to Kuoh began.
