Chapter 3: Peerage

Underworld, Satan Beelzebub Lab

Alexander was excited today his plan would finally go into motion. It was time to show everyone who he was as he silently walked behind his parents and older sister Esdeath walked behind him dutifully dressed in a white military uniform at first Alex didnt understand why she wore it but when she first told him about him but he changed his tune very fast the moment she first turned up in it as he just couldn't take his eyes off her Esdeath was hot and she knew and owned up to it.

When the twins finally arrived at the laboratory there older brother was already waiting there along with the Satan Ajuka beelzebub formely Astaroth next to them was a giant crystal in the form of a king piece from chess "welcome young Rias and Alexander" Ajuka spoke as they neared "Big brother, Lord Ajuka" Rias curtsied as Alex bowed for Lord Ajuka before bowing to his older brother Sirzechs Lucifer as he gave a smile and a soft nod towards his sister in law Grayfia lucifuge who smiled softly back at her brother in law and nodded.

"Now before we begin Alex I've had a long thought about this" lord gremory began as Alex raised an eyebrow at Esdeath who narrowed her eyes as she made a small gesture with her fingers telling him she was ready for anything at his word "and what is that father?" He asked wary about where this all was going "I've decided it would be better for you to stay in Rias' peerage instead" he said as Venelena's head snapped towards her husband so did Alex's, Esdeath's and Grayfia's "Zeoticus u can't be serious" Venelena said as Rias looked like a kid when christmas came early "have you gone senile?" Alex asked furious that this man could even think something like this was acceptable "Lord Zeoticus i don't think this is a good idea" Ajuka began but Zeoticus would have none of it as he was about to push Rias forward to get her pieces so she could take alex in her peerage a sudden cold took over the room when nobody could move anymore well except two. Zeoticus looking around and saw Esdeath glaring whilst her arm was raised a blue magic circle in her hand as the room became encased in ice that even the Satan's had trouble breaking. Alex cleared his throat "while this has been fun this is definitely not what we're doing" he spoke sharply as he made his way to the crystal "release me this instant girl i demand it you're lucky I've allowed alex to play with you until his marriage" Zeoticus raged as Esdeath grit her teeth and the ice on his body started growing "easy there darling" Alex ander spoke caringly as he stepped away from the crystal a box filled with chess pieces in his hands he softly kissed her cheek making her calm down "i knew you were an ass when i overheard you and mother talk about the heir of house years ago but if u think i will accept this you are wrong. very very wrong" Alex spoke up as a magic circle appeared underneath him and Esdeath "i apologize for the way today has turned out for everyone but there was no way im giving up my own freedom" he said as both started dissappearing in the circle he looked one last time at his mother who had started crying "im sorry" he mouthed before he was gone as Venelena bursted into tears "my baby boy" she sobbed as the ice dissappeared she was taken into the arms of Grayfia who hugged the lady tightly feeling the pain of the mother. As Zeoticus let out a roar of frustration Rias looked towards where her little brother disappeared feeling conflicted inside on one hand she was furious he would dare to dissappear like that on the other she was sad he was gone and she had no idea where he went.
In the end they got Rias her set but word in the underworld spread fast about the disappearance of the young gremory lord.

Unknown location, planet Earth

Esdeath and Alexander reappeared through a magic circle as both looked around they were in a comfy living but spacious living room that clearly belonged to a penthouse "to where did those coordinates u gave me lead exactly" Esdeath asked as she looked around following Alex to a nearby window he smirked as he opened the curtain and Esdeath couldnt help but gasp as she saw the beautiful landscape outside "welcome to the beautiful Hokkaido Japan" he grinned "knowing your prefrance for winter and all things ice i think this is the perfect place as a home and training ground no?" He asked her as she nodded she slowly moved besides Alexander in front of the window and laid her head on his shoulder as he hooked his arm around her and pulled her into him "you do know all he was doing was bark right? Im only yours my love" Alex said as he kissed her neck as Esdeath sighed in content holding his face into her neck "i know love,but it still got on my nerves" she said as she turned into his chest and hooked her arms around his neck he put his forehead against hers before sofly pecking her lips "i know, but i promise you this i will always come back to you" he promised her before taking out a evil piece "would you do me the honor of becoming my queen?" He asked her and Esdeath nodded as he slowly placed the piece against her chest whilst giving another kiss as the piece got absorbed into her Esdeath felt powerful as a surge of energy coursed trough her "we are together until the end" she promised him as the two continued to gaze into the horizon.

2 years later

Alex stood next to Esdeath as he was only wearing a pair of shorts next to Esdeath who was in her bathing suit wich consisted of a crystal blue two piece as both were seated outside in the snow as they were meditating and focusing on their breathing as their fogged breath released with every breath but neither showed signs of being bothered by the cold. That was until alex opened an eye as one of their barrier alarms went off "well well well it seems we have visitors" he spoke standing up and stretching as his muscles popped a magic circle appeared around him as a black robe appeared on him he turned to Esdeath who did the same only her white military uniform appeared "let's give them a 'warm' welcome then shall we?" She asked with a sadistic grin as Alex chuckled and both dissappeared in a magic circle towards where the alarm went off.

The scene Alex and Esdeath arrived to was a gang of devils chasing after a young girl with purple hair in a braid she was wearing a regal looking kimono but it was torn in most places exposing quite a lot of skin. "Come on girly just stop running we just want to have a little fun" the leader of the gang said as the girl spat at him in response the girl closed her eyes and pulled an spear out of thin air as electricity filled the air but before the moment the spear was in her hand a devil shot an magic spell at her hand making her hand fall off and dropping the spear as she cried out in pain. Alex decided it was enough and nodded at his queen who also had a murderous expression on her face. As the devils were closing in on the girl the air became freezing making them confused "wha-" before a devil could finish his sentence ice spikes shot out of the ground impaling but not killing them instantly trapping them up until only their head was free "what the hell-urgh" the leader groaned out in pain as Alex and Esdeath stepped out of the shadows "gentlemen welcome to my humble territory now i give you once chance to explain yourselves as this is clearly not where you are supposed to be" Alex's tone was deathly low "do you even know who your dealing with punk" the leader spat as Alex didn't have his winge out he thought he was dealing with a normal human "we are devils from the noble house of Hellisor" the leader boasted as Alex raised his eyebrow "and what exactly is the house of Hellisor doing in Japan seeing as your territory is in the Philippines and not here" he asked as the leader growled "those stupid yokai don't know we are here we've been coming here for years to enjoy ourselves with the humans" he said proudly "ah well i will let lady Orina now the devils have been snooping around lately i bet she would love to tell Queen Yasaka that the devils have been breaching their contracts" he told them with a dark smirk as he saw the devil pale as he realized what that would mean "okay okay human i'll tell you what if you let us go and pretend u saw nothing I'll be sure you are paid well, you won't have to work a day in your life" the devil tried to bribe him to wich Alexander started laughing confusing the devil "oh you really are stupid, oh you poor thing you never actually realized" he chuckeld as the devil glared at him for the insult but before he could respond Esdeath appeared in a magic circle next to Alexander as at the same time his devil wings appeared the devil froze as he recognized the mark in Esdeath's circle "n-n-no you shouldn't be alive" the devil shouted Alex just nodded at Esdeath who smiled wickedly before he turned around letting his Queen kill the devils slowly enjoying their screams instead he focused on the girl who was quiet the entire time trough but looked at him warily even though he killed those that were after her he still was one of their kind.

"You can relax i wont hurt you" Alex said as he picked up her spear from her cut off hand and sat crossed legged in front of the girl laying the sword down at her feet as he kept his eyes at her she peered into his before accepting him and looking at her arm where her hand was cut off the cold air surge from Esdeath had frozen the blood but the wound was still open "i can't fix that but i can temporarily heal you so at least the wound closes" he offered making the girl nod as Alex softly grabbed her arm when she sat down in front of him keeping her eyes trained on him at all times "so what's your name?" He asked "Ei" the girl answered "well Ei my name is Alexander Beal and this is my Queen Esdeath" Alex introduced himself and his queen who nodded at the girl who briefly looked at Esdeath before turning her eyes back at alex "why you help me aren't you one of them" she asked as Alex huffed in amusement "we are devils yes but we are.." it took alex a moment to look for the right words to explain him and Esdeath luckily his queen came to the rescue "we are the same kind yes but we have moral values and wish to see those with the ones like them and less savory to be gone" she said as she patted the girls head who seemed to enjoy the ice queen's touch Alex finished his healing and stood up pulling Ei to her feet as well both just stood there kinda akwardly until Ei's stomach rumbled "care to join for dinner?" Alex asked making Ei nod shyly as a circle engulfed the trio they dissappeared from the clearing leaving only Esdeath's slaughter field behind
